Hot tub is working! *** Located in Upper Deer Valley's luxurious Silver Lake Village, this Black Bear Lodge 2 bedroom/3 full bathroom luxurious condo is perfect for a great family ski vacation or year round getaway. This condo sleeps 10 with two master suites (one with bunk beds and one with a sleeper sofa) and a comfortable pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your own private hot tub on the porch after an awesome day on the slopes as well as a backyard area off the patio for the kids to play. There is also a pool, hot tub, gas grill and fitness facility in the complex Black Bear Lodge is located JUST 200 YARDS FROM THE LIFTS and the ski valet where you can store your skis for free overnight. If you want to cuddle up and stay in, we have lots to do for fun. There are 4 sonos, high speed wi-fi, and large flat screen tv’s in every room. We have lots of books, board games, DVD’s and a gaming console with the hottest games. All the bedding is luxurious and the bathrooms have jetted tubs and beautiful finishes. The recently remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful meal including everything from a crock pot to a fondue set. We have an electric grill on the back patio and all the grilling tools you might need. We also have central AC, an underground parking spot, a Pack n’ Play and a high chair for the little ones. Silver Lake Village boasts six elegant restaurants, along with many other shops and boutiques for you to enjoy right outside your door during your stay. The epic Stein Eriksen is across the street and Après there is not to be missed. We are also near the St. Regis and the Montage which are lovely to visit. It’s also just a quick car ride (2.4 miles/7 minutes) to Main Street for dining, shopping and exploring. There is so much to do in Park City year round. Skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, art galleries, great restaurants, amusement parks, rodeos, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. There is free public transportation right outside the front door and uber is an easy option too. Great Mountain View’s with easy access to Jordanelle express. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 8 adults and 4 young kids. Snowplows were running early morning after an all night snow. Would def stay in the future with a large group.

Our whole family with five kids ages 7-16 loved this property for a winter ski vacation at Deer Valley. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds warm and comfy, plenty of space, lots of games, and the hot tub was perfect for end of day.

I booked this condo and came with 4 adult women. We found the condo to be just as described and portrayed in the pictures. It had a fun log cabin vibe! All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the whole condo had lots of extras like: games, blankets, charging stations, toys etc…. Hot tub on the back porch as awesome. The location was amazing. I would definitely book this property again. Owner was pleasant to work with.

This was a great condo for a group of 7 of us friends going for a girl's weekend trip. The condo is well-stocked and comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus. The hot tub was great to have and we also spent a nice afternoon next to the pool (although small, it was fine for our purposes!). The complex was very quiet in the summer, which was nice. Easy walking to hiking options, and a fast drive to Park City attractions.

The condo is a very convenient location, a few minutes' walk from the silver lake lodge where we stored our ski overnight. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

While it might be a tight fit for 10, for a family of 4 it was more than comfortable. The short walk to the lifts was perfect for all of us, the hot tub was amazing after skiing and the lack of view was irrelevant because we were all so ready to crash after a day of skiing.

Black Bear Lodge is a great property close to Silver Lake lodge. This condo has nice furniture, comfy beds, high quality linens, toiletries provided. Lots of nice little details such as plenty of hooks to hang your ski accessories by the entry, cute pillows on the couches, and lovely artwork on the walls. The fireplace works great and really warms the place up. Underground parking garage with an included dedicated spot is a big plus. The owner is really, really nice and responds very quickly to texts and emails. She let us have a late check out which was much appreciated. The kitchen is stocked full of food, utensils, etc - maybe a bit more than we are used to in a rental unit, but on the plus side you should be able to find anything you might need. We have stayed in a couple of the other units at this property and this one seemed to be a just little louder than the others due to one of the main stairways being outside the bedroom windows. Two of the three elevators were out of service for the duration of our stay which possibly drove foot traffic to the stairs so maybe not usually a big deal. The people working at the front desk are part of a rental company that manage some other units in the building, but were happy to help us out with any questions as well. The only disappointment was that we arrived to find the private hot tub drained and out of service. The owner did work quickly to get it fixed. By the time the part arrived and then taking a full day for the water to heat up we only had the hot tub for one day of our stay, but there is also a community hot tub for use and now the one in the unit does seem to be in tip top shape for future guests. The owner did offer to comp our breakfast at Cena next door (although when we went over there they had no clue what we were talking about, lol). All in all, a nice cozy stay with all the amenities of Silver Lake within quick walking distance.

The condo is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the mid-mountain. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The Black Bear shuttle can be scheduled to go to Park City for groceries, restaurants or shopping. We cook most nights and the kitchen had everything needed. The hot tub is out the back door. The maintenance came by regularly to clear away the snow. Julie, the owner was extremely responsive about all issues. We will be back.

Our family of 4 LOVED staying here. It is a great location since it is only about a 5 minute walk to the lifts. We left all our ski stuff there at mid mountain which made life so much easier. The condo was perfect for kids with the games, mini basketball hoop, and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and even had an air fryer! We highly recommend this condo.

The best part of this unit is the owner! When we had multiple flight changes and eventually a last min cancellation on a holiday she was always so accommodating and responsive. Her unit is in my opinion the best kept secret location wise in Deer Valley right at silver lake a min walk and across from the Stein Eriksen hotel (definitely recommend going over for lunch), our kids loved the back yard and hot tub and played out there for hours while we sat by fire indoors able to keep an eye on them. I was traveling for to attend a conference at the Stein Eriksen, which is literally across the street. This condo was perfect for my business travel needs, but the entire time I kept thinking how amazing it would be to stay here for a vacation. The condo is as pictured, with all the creature comforts you could hope for including an awesome assortment of board games. You can easily walk to the 3 or 4 hotels in the immediate area or uber/drive just 10 mins to Main Street in Park City. I really loved my stay! I had a minor issue with the water, that I'm only mentioning because of how well the owner handled the situation (which wasn't anyone's fault). She was so prompt, helpful, and quickly got the issue resolved. Given when booking via VRBO you're typically staying in someone's vacation home that's being regularly used occasionally things are going to happen, in my opinion what's important is knowing the manager/owner will promptly resolve the issue and that's exactly what you'll get here. Additionally, the staff in the lobby at the Black Bear Lodge (not directly associated with this home) are also so nice and so helpful. Overall I highly recommend!

The property is nothing like the photos. I did not stay there and thus far cannot process a reasonable refund from the property owner. The property owner did not remove the reservation and thus the property stayed unoccupied. As we did not stay there, there was no cleaning. and thus no cleaning fee warranted, as so on. The property and location is nothing like the photos would leave you to believe.

Comfy beds and big bathrooms, the hot tub was so nice to have every night. Lots of cookware and a washer and dryer which was so convenient. Beautiful atmosphere. Neighbors were very loud and some construction made our mornings earlier than we would like, but that isn’t the managers fault. Thanks for the accommodations.

We loved this condo! It was extremely easy to access and had wonderful privacy. We had a baby and a couple young children who loved the toys available and large tv. It was full stocked with high chair, pack n plays, toys, hot tub towels, linens, kitchen supplies and toiletries. Would definitely stay there again!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Just across the street from the lifts for amazing mountain biking in the summer. The place was clean and easy to get too. We have stayed in other units at Black Bear lodge that had better views of the mountain, but this particular unit was by far the easiest to get to which was very convenient with all of our luggage and my grandma. The layout worked out perfectly for our family. The host was amazing as well! We would definitely stay again.
