Tv didn’t work the whole stay Fridge didn’t work for 3 days Always told the restaurants were fully booked when they were empty hours into service Aside from the restaurants you booked there was only one place to eat that was similar to a school canteen, ugly, busy and lacking any kind of pleasant experience Managers were not easy to find, lied about coming to speak to us, rude Literally hounded from day one to be part of the hotel group, even the man giving out towels was trying to sell experiences. Was dreadful

Limpeza dos quartos e localização.

The property was in a great place in the hotel zone. You could literally take the local bus anywhere on the strip for 1 US dollar. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The tacos were amazing , the food at the restaurants were also good. The MARGARITAS were on point. The beach was beautiful . The pools were big . They weren’t crowded. The resort was very calm . We went for new years to celebrate my daughter and myself birthday. They had a New Year’s Eve party.

I feel like the rooms could’ve been a little more modernized and updated . The toilet in our room kept running after you’ve flushed it. I didn’t like the constant pressure to try and get you to join the timeshare program. I was told we were invited to breakfast but instead it was a timeshare promotion. I asked for an ocean view room , which I got but on the lower level so basically I was just looking out into a bed of plants or grass whatever it was. Also the the main restaurant (buffet) could’ve offered a bit more variety. But all in all everything was great. Also the beach waves were a bit too rough but that’s not the hotels fault lol.

Beach and the property surroundings were excellent. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and accommodating and always present with a smile. The beach walks in the morning or the night are absolutely magical and were the highlight for us. The property has a very nice deep beach section compared to the surrounding hotels and has also a wider footprint than most. While we did not attend most of the animation events, the ones we attended were fun.

The food, in general, is nothing to write home about and is probably the weakness of this hotel. The experiences, i.e., the 3 - 4 different cuisines they tried to capture in the restaurants, are completely unnecessary. The best food offering was the lunchtime menu at Flor del Sal for us for it was the most authentic to the location from my perspective.

El que no den servicio en la heladería si estás usando traje de baño, es impractico el tener que cambiarte para ir solo por un helado.

Room view was excellent, they had provided good rooms and located side by side, which really helped us a lot. Iceroom location and service is exceptional

Dinner planning is next to impossible, they didn’t allow to go to sister hotels. Food is OK, sometimes good. Overall hard to say its value unless we compare with others, they need to improve on food

As piscinas são frias e a hidromassagem tb fria, ou seja, não há como relaxar. A comida é a mesma por vários dias e sem variedade, enchem o buffet com comidas duplicadas para dizer que tem bastante comida. A limpeza do quarto é péssima, nem trocam os copos, ou seja, deixam o mesmo copo sujo lá por vários dias. O papel higiênico é da pior qualidade. Eles não servem água no frigobar, somente te dão uma garrafa para encher no filtro. E a água tem gosto ruim. Tive que comprar água mineral por vários dias, pq é impossível beber aquela água. O hotel outrora já foi muito bom, hoje não é mais. Já fui por 3 vezes, e essa última foi decepcionante! Não recomendo!! E nunca mais voltarei!!

Il y a eu de l’eau dans notre chambre sur le plancher à trois reprises due à une pluie et des vent extrêmement forts. Très désagréable.

everything but the food deserves a special mention , as a former Executive Head Chef with more than 35 years worldwide experience I have to say that without doubt the worst food I have ever come across , prisoners eat better !!

We have never experienced the “all inclusive” holiday before. Totally exceeded all our expectations. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The staff at Grand Park were all so friendly . We experienced the most marvellous bar man Roger Damian cu laturneria, you sir were the star of our holiday and we thank you so much for that., Our room was perfect, the sound of the ocean, the sunrise in the mornings. Being able to order room service when we wanted. The buffet was the best place to eat because the variety of choices was amazing! We enjoyed our meal at Prime Rib and had the lobster served by Roger who was gentle and kind. Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more,

We stayed in a Royal Tower Jacuzzi Suite (Ocean Front) and were extremely happy with our choice. The team at the RT were fantastic all the way through from check in until our reluctant departure. Special thanks to Rocio (our guest relations) for whom no request was too much trouble and who made us feel truly at home during our visit. We would also like to give a big shout out to Xitlatli, whose warm and welcoming demeanour made our brief stay that bit extra special. Needless to say, our thanks also go to the entire team both front AND back of house! Sometimes us guest can take very important things for granted… The room was immaculate, the facilities were excellent, the beach… what can I say of the beach? and the food/beverage selection was spot on… Thank you everybody - we will be back!

Unfortunately we could only stay for two nights at the Grand Park Royal Hotel, as we were just connecting via Cancun whilst visiting family in Northern Mexico.

Overpriced The food wasn’t great. Sat basically in a canteen that you had to queue for a long time to enter. Only a few other options that you had to book well in advance even though they were always empty. Our tv and fridge were broken when we arrived. Tv stayed broken the entire time, fridge was finally replaced after 4 days and countless complaints (which were ignored) Everyone in the hotel was on a hard sell. Even the men giving out towels forced you to stand and wait whilst they tried to sell you excursions. They even had external people every night line the walkway to the canteen to sell you overpriced rubbish. Calls to reception were ignored and rang out. No one ever answered the phone. Paid £3000 for 9 nights and it was the biggest waste of money.

I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, with great food and comfortable rooms. However, one significant drawback was the lack of available shade on the hotel grounds. The shortage of umbrellas made it incredibly challenging to find a shaded spot, which was quite disappointing, especially when trying to escape the sun. Despite this issue, the Italian restaurant stood out as a highlight, and the beach and sea views were truly wonderful. The air conditioning in my room could use improvement, as it struggled to keep the room cool during the hot nights. In the future, I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to ensure an even more enjoyable stay for guests.

I stayed at the hotel recently and wanted to share my feedback. One aspect that disappointed me was the limited number of beach umbrellas and loungers. For a hotel of this caliber, there should have been at least 30 more umbrellas and a minimum of 60 loungers available. We had to get up and take sunbeds on the beach at 6 a.m. Agree, this is not the time on vacation when you want to wake up.Well, if we didn't do that, we'd burn out completely. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning well. It seemed to be quite old, and with the roof heating up, the room became unbearably hot at night.

Perfect location on beach with excellent balcony view. Only three minutes to beach or pools. Comfortable, clean and everything worked properly. Helpful and friendly reception, concierge and restaurant staff. Excellent pools and overall design. Italian restaurant had better food

Food quality was variable. Main buffet few choices and medium to low quality sometimes food tepid/cold instead of hot.. Italian restaurant much better. Seafood/mexican restaurant food okay but grossly overpriced poor wine from Chile/Mexico

Convenience of an all included stay

Food at several of the restaurants was very average. We don't regularly opt for this style of holiday - the hotel is fine for what it is but while experience a bit sanitised.

The sea turtles came ashore at the full moon to lay eggs! I had a great beach view from my balcony. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe in my room.

The food is disappointing and substandard. Tacos in one restaurant were good. Carribbean night beef offering was great; but, pork chop was horribly dry and chewy. Please put butter on ice and on the breakfast buffet. Bacon was overcooked! You have an unnecessarily expensive, non-included Grill restaurant that is a complete rip-off! It cost me US$200 for a below average steak meal for 4! No filet mignon, no T-bone, no New York strip. I feel cheated on this meal. Room service meal selections are limited and what we ordered was delivered cold and was horrible. The desserts are frozen and thawed, nothing freshly made. Cocktails that I had were all mixed improperly...too sweet or too bitter. I believe you water your alcohol to cut costs. Please get ginger ale. 7-Up is not ginger ale. Put WATER in each room fridge please! Ladies selling hotel spa or other services in the lobby are too aggressive..."No, thank you" means NO. Bathroom sinks were cute and modern, but too small. Bathroom floor is slippery when wet...need fixed floor mats and a larger rubber mat in the shower. This facility is for younger, fit guests. No one with any mobility or health issue on any level, shld book at your hotel. Had to walk down a flight of steps on sore knees to get to the elevator to go up to my room! Had to search for electricity outlets near the beds! Had to move the heavy nightstand and bend over nearly to the floor to plug in my phone while in the bed. Let us know at chk in that we need to book dinner a day before! Your towels are not soft. Television in my room lost signal the few times it was used. The man coming in the evening to see if we need towels, must NEVER open the door to the room while guests are inside!!!! I was laying halfdressed on the bed and he knocked, I said I was coming and yet, he opened the room's door to ask if I needed more towels! Outrageous!!

Shoutout to Mario who took care of us! Mario was very friendly and always accomodating. Room was great, pool and fitness centre great. If you don’t have children and would like a more pleasant stay, then book the royal tower rooms (adults only).

Wasn’t able to reserve dinner @ the Mexican restaurant during our stay, due to lack of availability.

Staff service is great, tehy always have a smile and are willing to help. There is a pool for adults only. Most of the rooms have Ocean view and are comfortable enough. Overall food is good. It is easy to get from the hotel to other attractions in Cancun. A bus pass just outside the hotel and price us 12MXN

The restaurants have a dress code for men, where men need to dress in long pants. Short pants are not allowed, and many people don't expect this to happen in a resort where the weather is too hot. I don't understand why men can't just enter a restaurant without long pants, it is too weird and made my stay really uncomfortable. I think most of the rooms are internally connected to the next room with a door within the room, which is really annoying if the guests in that room are noisy, you can hear literally everything, when they are just talking, taking a shower, going to the toilet. Just pray for having good neighbors. The buffet restaurant is too poor. There is no variety and options are very limited.
