Buena relación calidad-precio. El lugar es seguro y hay varios medios de transporte para llegar al lugar.

La ubicación es algo lejos del centro, pero hay varios medios de transporte. No es malo, solo es para mencionar en caso de que alguien busque caminar al centro o zonas de interes.

Emplacement top, proche de la gare du métro, du centre commercial. Le personnel est sympa, accueillant! Très bien pour y passer un court séjour

Chambre un peu petite, et insonorisation pas terrible

Pratique pour une nuit de passage avec parking sur place. Le petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant d'à côté est très bien, varié sous forme de buffet.

La chambre pour trois personnes est minuscule, difficile de circuler entre les lits et le mur. Il n'y a même pas la place de poser sa valise.

Le petit déjeuner très mal organisé. 20 minutes pour avoir un café car la machine n’était pas approvisionnée, pas d’assiette, on doit se rabattre sur des bols. Couverts en nombre insuffisant, il faut attendre que le lave vaisselle ait fini de tourner. Personnel du restaurant où se situe le petit déjeuner (à l’extérieur de l’établissement plus loin) gentil mais débordé…. Tout le monde (environ une quarantaine de personnes) devait patienter en attendant

Location and cost. Very convenient for Part-Dieu, close to Westfield Mall, on a lot of transport routes.

Not well cleaned at all and room was very cramped.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant next door which, I think, is part of the same establishment.

The room was very crampted and should not be used as a double. The bathroom also had little space to stand up in and the towels provided were thin and well worn.

Exactly as we had expected. Clean and comfy. Nothing more, nothing less.

- I booked last minute on the day and when I arrived, I was asked to pay by chip and pin. What I didn’t know, was that they had already put a hold on my credit card via this site. Usually, if they’ve put a hold on money, they then request via this method prior or upon arrival. Instead, by asking me to pay on arrival, I was effected charged twice for a number of days until the hold was released. This is important for people to know, especially if you’re travelling in a budget like me; having double the amount not available on my card was an issue. It also took the hotel quite a while to respond to my message about it. It’s a shame, as everything else was great.

Close to the train station

This was just Ok for 1 night, I would not chose it for a longer stay. I found it very small and not comfortable

The reception and the room looks nothing like the picture. The whole hotel was smelly, the lift was dirty and scary. The room exeptionally small and smelly with a huge mark and hole on the wall. We couldn't bathe, because the smell of sewage came from the shower and the toilette. There were no appliances. The airconditioning was too big and strong for that tiny room, and there was no way to switch it off, so we were freezing the whole night. The badsheets were dirty. It was a huge disappointment.

Unless you want to be close to Part Dieu station, this is a pretty dull area and quite far from metro station.
