The stay was good, the friendly staff and quiet space was just what we needed in Nice.
The location of the hotel was alright, would have been better without all of the construction. Also the elevator wasn’t working.

This location puts you in close proximity to the Promenade, dining and shopping, the old city center and flower market and Chateau.
The staff were courteous and helpful, greeting visitors warmly and offering information about the area.
Housekeeping refreshed the room daily, which is a rarity in the US since COVID. Appreciated that touch

The whole property from the reception area needs to be properly cleaned dusty and dirty, the bathroom shower drain is not effectively drain, the shower full of mould which is not hygienic and not healthy

The stay was a bit of a disappointment as the pictures seen on booking were deceiving. The hotel is 3 stars but appears in booking.com website as 4 stars. The location is great but the hotel is tiny and the rooms are also very small. The elevator is old and slow so it would be easier to take the stairs. The staff ranges from polite to indifferent. Overpriced for what it is. Not recommended.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Nice, fiew steps from the sea and all the restaurants and shops. The room was small, but cosy, the bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Also there is a coffee machine with capsules in the room and teapot, also a small mini bar. So you can find everything you need in the room.
No balcony, the windows were in the bathroom, but for 1 night is was OK) the view was nice.

This hotel was very convenient, spacious with fancy bathroom, high ceiling, great AC, very clean, quality furniture. We were 3 people. The room had a small fridge. Near Prom and everything else. The reception was very accommodating.

Excellent location 5 mins from the sea, several cafe and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms perfectly clean and nicely designed.
Nothing really, I would definitely come back to the same place next time I come to Nice.

Friendly hotel, comfortable beds. We borrowed umbrellas for the beach from the hotel, which was very convinient!

Very friendly staff. Fantastic location only 2 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes to tram station, 10 minutes from old town. Restaurants everywhere nearby
