Lage der Unterkunft in Hinsicht zur S-Bahn und zur Terme Erding.
Lage der Unterkunft an der S-Bahn Trasse. Hat man sein Zimmer nach Süden heraus, sind es lediglich 10 m bis zu den Schienen. Bei warmen Temperaturen möchte man gern die Fenster öffnen, jedoch im 20 Minuten Takt fahren die Züge. Erholsamer Schlaf, Fehlanzeige, außer man hat vielleicht Glück auf der Nordseite, die Autos der Hauptstraße zu lauschen. Das Personal ist sehr zurückhaltend mit ihrem Auftreten. Das nötigste sagen, aber für uns war der Eindruck, das man nicht angesprochen werden möchte. Spaß bei der Arbeit sieht anders aus.

Lage ist super
Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern online, da diese extrem runter gekommen sind. Es wurde das ein oder andere ausgetauscht wie zB. der Kühlschrank. Jedoch müssen die Zimmer dringend renoviert werden. (Böden sind sehr eklig)

Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Strasse, frühmorgens heftiger Berufsverkehr, das müsste unbedingt in der Anzeige erkennbar sein - in den rückwärtigen Zimmern fuhr die Bahn direkt vorbei - keinesfalls für Erholung geeignet

Service only does the absolute bare minimum. Online check in and check out did not work through the website, and I certainly dont download an app for that.

Very close to the train station, just about a minute away. There is a supermarket near by and a McDonalds about a 15 minute walk away. My room was lovely, with comfy beds, lots of closet space, a small balcony and even a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and even cutlery which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly. I liked that you could contact the hotel through Booking.com and they replied to me promptly.
The hotel is quite far from the city centre, 46 minute train journey to be precise but the trains arrive on time and the station is very easy to get to. The kitchenette in my room was useful but it was lacking a kettle. My room also camewith 4 beds and I was a solo traveller but I had a nice place to put my suitcase.

Comfy big rooms but no soundproofing on the windows, so make sure you’re really tired. Room was great though!

the room is actually a really nice size for three people to sleep comfortably.
the hotel is not around a lot. and parking is limited. you can park in the open spots or you have to pay for the garage
