nice hotel but beds r too hard!!

very clean and very nice staff!!

beds are rock hard, after sleeping in them for 4 nights my wife’s neck was so stiff she couldn’t look left or right!!

Lovely!! definitely recommend and decent value for money with very lovely staff x

We specifically booked this place as it was near to the beach & los cristianos town plus a 40 min walk to playa las Americas…Overall lovely stay at this hotel, nice rooms with spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom is also big and clean, Balcony’s are nice however we were in the shade so didn’t get much sun, lovely view of the pool though, we went during feb half term so a lot of noisy children during the day but not much of a problem. Highly recommend using the spa facilities in the hotel as I booked a massage for my boyfriend and the masseuse ‘Dana’ was absolutely lovely!!! with very good prices - overall kind staff especially the hotel receptionists! we were also here during my birthday & the hotel brought us a bottle of bubbly!!! Thank you very much ❤️

Only issue was the beds are slightly uncomfortable, very hard mattresses causing my boyfriend to have a bad back and myself slight neck pain

Great location. Clean rooms with fold out sofa bed in living room as standard. TV shows UK terrestrial channels. Lovely, helpful staff

Staff were brilliant so helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and the rooms were perfect for a family. Great location and lovely stay

The food for the evening buffet wasn't brilliant but it was eatable

Great location

Loved the location and clean spacious rooms. There was so many different options around the hotel for food and drinks. 10 minute walk to the beach and main bars restaurants. Staff were all lovely and room was cleaned most days. It was my boyfriends birthday while we were there and we come back to the room in the afternoon to a bottle of Prosecco from the management which was such a lovely surprise.

Sunbeds started to be cleared away at 3.30pm and would be all put away by 5.30. Sunbeds by the pool not very comfortable and a charge to get cushions for them which should be free. Pool is freezing (advertised at heated but it's not)

Everything you need. Apartment was connected to pool.

We had cockroaches EVERYWHERE inside our room. If we turned the lights off for a couple of minutes and turned them on again, they would show up. Completely disgusting, and unacceptable.

Good stay, clean apartment and facilities with friendly staff.

The apartments were clean and the facilities good.

The shower was flimsy and too low down and the mirror in the bedroom needed to be higher too. Also the ceiling fans really just blew round warm air.

Quiet times are meant to be from 22.00 hrs there was teenagers running around all hours

I think family’s with young children/babies should have a choice for smaller pool for sun loungers as our full stay we could never get a lounger near small pool, very strong smell of cannabis so we could not leave our balcony doors open

Room clean was so poor, there was actually blood stain on clean sheets lots of dust in and around the room floors were not always swept and mopped properly I even went and bought a mop myself so I could keep it clean

lovely hotel and staff need AC badly and to find a better system for the sunbeds.

Rooms were a great size staff was great

No Air condition only a noisy fan and having to wait until 10.00am to get a sunbed was to late also having to go down at 9.30 to Que up to get a sunbed and if your 10 minutes late you wont get one.

great location close to everything, good value for money, nice balcony. nice pool. safe location and great staff.

no air conditioning!! only ceiling fans blowing hot air around the room. Bedroom had no windows so very hot. room could’ve been cleaned more.

Apartments were lovely and clean staff were very friendly.

It's a discrace that you have to pay for a mattress for your sunbed and have to pay for a Brolly as well . I do not know of any other Hotel who charges for the WiFi another money spinner for the hotel as your prices in the bar a rip off 6 60 for a pint and a half .

Outdated and wont return.

Staff were nice. Pool was nice.

Cleaning not done every Wednesday or Thurs so 2 days back to back with no clean towels or toilet roll. Rooms v outdated, tiny bath in room 428 and fans just push around warm air and very creaky and noisy. Beds are rock hard too. You need to pay for WiFi and its v expensive €35 for one device for a week. Prices at pool for food and drink extortionate.

Was a really Enjoyable stay overall

Apartments were cleaned everyday fresh towels e.t.c. The room (2 bedroom apartment) was a good size with a decent sized balcony. Pool area was clean and a good size. All staff were very helpful.

There was No air con only cieling fan’s so was really warm unless you were directly under the fan

sometimes a bit crowded around the pool with all the beds but pool staff were brilliant if he saw an empty bed he would take it away
