Comfy furniture for relaxing on the covered waterfront porch. Just a short distance from the villa, is a private 35' boat slip with standard power and water hook-up. The 35' slip is at Rudder Canal #1, we recommend loading your boat closer to the condo and storing it in the slip when not in use.
