It is a good hotel to visit the old town of Antalya.

A hotel right in the center of Antalya, very close to the old town. Very clean room and good breakfast.

It is difficult to reach the hotel by car because it is traffic jamp being located in the city center.

Convenient, affordable and comfortable!

The property is located in a convenient location, close to restaurants, life and shopping areas. The train/tram was a short walk to the hotel as well, which was very helpful. The staff was kind and accommodated our needs promptly. Our room’s AC wasn’t working too well, but on letting them know, they moved us to another room quickly and ensured we were comfortable. They provide services to book taxis from/to the airport as well, which was helpful to us for our early morning flight out of Antalya. Breakfast options were amazing! Comfortable and convenient stay, it was worth the money for us.

In a lively part of town

Great location to sights. Excellent breakfast, polite staff.

Located in a very lively area so a lot of noise. The mattress in the room was very old, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Good option for Antalya for the decent price

Overall for the price, it's fine to stay in. The room is the basic BW size, there is space to check even 2 suitcases. Quiet enough, but not during the windy day. Clean compared with other hotels with similar prices. Staff speaks the most common languages in the area, nice!

A map of nearby tourist attractions would help when guests checked in. Example - Did not know there was Mermerli Beach nearby. We were provided 2 bottles of water each day - they wanted to charge us for extra bottles. I felt water bottles should be provided at no additional cost. Since it was a good location we just picked up extra water ourselves.

Very enjoyable and Murat was brilliant

We were greeted at the door by Murat, who straight away was very welcoming and even walked our bags inside while we were sorting the taxi. The service was great and they were very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and amazing value for money. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Our balcony door did not shut properly which meant it could be a bit loud at times.

Book kun hvis du/i skal shoppe i bazaren en enkelt dag.

Vi kunne kun lide beliggenheden, selvom det lå i et meget lusket område. Dog tæt på den gamle bazar.

Gammelt og slidt hotel. Elevatoren virkede ikke. Vi boede på sjette sal. Vi havde booket en stor familie suite til 3 personer. 1 voksen måtte sove på en stenhård sovesofa. Blev beskyldt for at stjæle 2 Coca cola i restauranten, selvom de var betalt. Kan ikke anbefales. Ingen luksus, intet værd.

Sehr zufrieden

Der ganze Komfort im Hotel ist vorzüglich. An der Repcetion sind die Angestellten sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders Mustafa und Mark geben sich sehr grosse Mühe für den Gast da zu sein. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und es hat für jeden etwas.

Der Empfang ist ein wenig veraltet.

Przestronny duży pokój,czysty. Woda , herbata i kawa. Super lokalizacja.

Dostałem Lunch box z powodu wymeldowania się o 5 AM. To najsłabszy punkt Hotelu. W styropianowym pudełku 1 jabłko( smaczne),3 pomidory koktajlowe i 2 małe suche ciastka/bułeczki. Do tego miód i krem.Żadnych sztućców, serwetek.

The breakfast and the location.

I was expecting more from junior suite. The "suit" was similar to luxury double room. Also, I was expecting to be organised New Year Eve dinner or at least to guide us for the best place in Antalya for such event but the reception has no any idea or recommendations for such things. I was just comparing the service and the guidelines of this 4 star hotel with other hotel in Istanbul few years ago and I have found that in this hotel in Antalya they not care for such request and services.

Perfect Hotel to stay in Alanya

The bed was comfy, breakfast excellent, location is the best, walking distance to historical sites . The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel has parking on site.

The bed was comfy, but if the size slightly bigger (King size) it will be perfect.

Hotel comodo y perfecta situación para visitar la zona turística.

Muy céntrico. A pocos metros de la zona turística de la ciudad y del tranvia que va al aeropuerto. Estuvimos en 2 ocasiones reservando una junior suite. La primera vez nos dieron una habitación Deluxe recién renovada. Muy bien. La segunda vez, la junior suite reservada, necesitaría una renovación pero era muy grande. Tiene sauna gratis y steam y hamman de pago. La piscina estaba cerrada ya que era finales de noviembre. En resumen. Muy bien por el precio pagado y su situación.

2nd stay at this central hotel, will be back again

Great location near the main shopping area but only a few minutes to the old town, under ground parking. This is the 2 nd time I have stayed at this hotel, great staff and nice breakfast at a reasonable price

I recommended good hotel

The hotel big and beautiful my room was very big because the staff Mark did upgrade my room why he did because when I did my booking I booked a suite with water views but when I get to the hotel all the rooms with view it's full it's not my problems but he did upgrade my room for free instead the one with water views. The breakfast was excellent lots and lots to choose from my stay was perfect.

I don't like the area where the hotel is it's between shops and restaurants the area very crowded and too much noise.

Завтрак великолепен: горячие блюда, холодные закуски, мюсли, сладости, фрукты и овощи. Номер достаточно просторный и удобный. Особенно хорош душ (типа "тропический ливень"). Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. В целом это лучший отель в данной ценовой категории в Анталье.

При заселении в ванной вокруг раковины были волосы -- то есть уборка оставляла желать. Под холодильником при заселении -- лужа. Нет номеров для некурящих и каких-то способов отделить курильщиков от некурящих -- балкон вечером приходилось то и дело бросаться закрывать, поскольку тянуло никотином. Чашки в номере только кофейные, маленькие -- чай пить очень неудобно. Сейф в номере есть, но он не зафиксирован -- его можно взять и унести. Я уж не говорю о том, что нет никакой инструкции, как им пользоваться.

Персонал залез в сумку в наше отсутствие

При заселении, на ресепшене, как будто первый раз слышали, что можно номер оплатить сразу на Букинге, просили провести ещё оплату на месте, хотя оплата через Букинг была проведена за несколько часов до заселения и мы от отеля получили подтверждение. Письмо с этим подтверждением мы показали администратору, но оно не оказалось аргументом для сотрудника. На русском не говорят совсем, в критических ситуациях перестают говорить и на английском тоже, но об этом чуть дальше. Чтобы понять реальное состояние номеров, прибавьте к фото +10лет. В нашем полулюксе был разлит по ковру лак для ногтей, принимать душ в полный рост невозможно, приходится для этого садиться на корточки и душ держать в руке над собой. Пока мы завтракали, уборщица зашла в наш номер, на котором висела табличка «не беспокоить» и украла из сумки устройство айкос( как оказалось, в Турции электронные сигареты запрещены, поэтому на чёрном рынке перекупы предлагают за них тройную цену. Если едете в Турцию, покупайте стики в России, в Турции нашли только один подпольный магазин со стикамм, цена за пачку 500руб). Мы застукали уборщицу, закрывающую дверь. Спустя 15минут обнаружили пропажу, администрация отеля отказалась вызывать полицию, улыбаясь, администратор говорил, что уверен в своих сотрудниках. На мою просьбу им самим осмотреть сотрудницу, он сказал, что это может делать только полиция. Камера коридора вход в наш полулюкс не захватывала. Мы снимали отель на одну ночь, так как это был последний день перед нашим отлетом, и отель расположен близко к аэропорту. Мы на ресепшене сказали, что направляемся в полицию, но позже сопоставив время вылета и примерное время в отделе полиции, решили ехать сразу в аэропорт. Спустя пол часа сотрудники отеля написали мне, что они нашли наш айкос под простынями. Где он был на самом деле, мы знаем со 100% уверенностью. Айкос нам отправили с такси в аэропорт, естественно за наш счёт.
