Breakfast is included in my booking but I was told that the hotel stopped offering breakfast since the pandemic and given only 15 RMB per person refund. Apparently the value of the breakfast when I was booking the hotel has a different unit.
The room was handed over to me without cleaning :-( But they cleaned it immediately afterwards. It was annoying because it was 00:00.

We liked the location- interesting things within walking distance. Easy to catch a taxi on the main street. Subway was about 15 minute walk. We liked the 2 spacious bedrooms and it was nice to have a common area near the back of the hotel to sit. The staff was very kind and friendly. We appreciated all the bottled water, fresh towels and keeping an eye on our luggage after we checked out.
The only things I didn’t like about the property is that breakfast and laundry facilities were listed as being available on the website. As we’ve been traveling for a few weeks, I booked this room partially because I thought I could do our laundry. This made for an inconvenience and difficulty having clean clothes.

spacious room with a fridge and a decent bathroom, an intelligent and helpful guy Matias at the reception
the soap was missing, cleanliness has to be improved, cat behind bars

The girl at the reception was quite nice and can be trusted!

1. Bad check in process
they asked me quite private info, including where/when I entered China, where I have been in after entering!! I never experienced that in this journey in China!
2. Bad equipment
I booked the cheapest room at this 4 stars hotel for 5 nights. however, the shower was broken without warm water and I even couldn’t turn the water off.
EVEN NO CHAIR IN THE ROOM!
3. Bad response
There was only 1 Guy at the hotel at the night. he tried to repair the water taps and failed at almost 1 am. I asked for another room but they said it’s full now.

The Hutong environment.
Nothing.

It's a very nice hotel in traditional style, and the location is great for convenience. Very nice breakfast and great English-speaking staff.
However, the hotel is located in an old part of town and the alley is really narrow. The booking site mentioned parking facility at the hotel, but the hotel didn't have any parking. The family room (Parent-Child) was reserved for four but it had space only for three!

It was a great experience staying in this hotel.. good location near to convenient store, pharmacy and restaurants. The closest MRT was 10 minutes walking, but the hotel can call a taxi for you if needed. We manage to find halal restaurant that serve delicious food nearby the hotel. The staff were great, they speak English and very helpful. My pick up from the airport was smooth. The breakfast was nice with affordable price.
One thing that can be improve is the quality of hotel room cleaning (daily make up room). My bed sheet was replaced after requested and after 3 days and the tea set (tea pot and cup) which was provided in the room was not being washed by the cleaner.
However, that was just minor for us and we really love to stay there again and would recommend this hotel for those who seek for a place to stay in Beijing.

The hotel has a small but lovely courtyard an restaurant above it. The front desk staff was friendly and spoke English.
I booked a single room which was tiny and stuck behind the front desk. Very little room even for a small suitcase. It was also close to 50 USD which was very overpriced for this type of room. The area is dark and unlit and the hotel is in a small, dark alley.
