Playa del Ingles stay

Nice, clean, spacious, good big balcony, nice garden, there would have been a Seaview from the top apartments, from the first floor there were houses in the way hardly the fault of the apartments! Quite central, too, and a very short walk to the beach. Nice pool

Nothing really except a lift would have been nice when arriving with cases, maybe a shop, but not essential

Disappointing

Great pool in the sun all day, clean, close to everything big apartment,

70s windows single glazed near to main road going to the bus depo could hear every bus going past fast! morning day and night couldn't sleep! change to double glazed and the place would be perfect 👌 wouldn't go again just for this fact but keep me informed if you change windows 😀

Overall, a nice apartment that just needs a bit of TLC

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Location was great, near to restaurants, bars and supermarkets etc. Very clean apartment

Quite noisy from both the adjacent road and later at night, from nearby music from bars. Apartment was clean but very tired and overdue a refurb - such as cracked windows, glazed louvres which even when closed let too much sound in, cracked floor tiles, dated fridge/hob/crockery and furniture

This was our 2nd time in Montemar apartment. Kind and friendly staff. They're coming every day and cleaning our apartment. Highly recommend to everybody

Nice holiday

Great location just minutes from the sea and shops. Big balcony, big double bed, second bedroom had bunk bed, simple but spacious enough bathroom, kitchen and living area. Staff are friendly and do a great job cleaning. Swimming pool is large and clean with sun loungers. There's a young kids play area also. For teenagers there are a few games I think one was football and the other a disc one, these are by reception.

The night road noise comes from buses mainly and took us a night or two to get used to it. There are no English channels on TV and no Chromecast so you can not watch u-tube or Netflix.

Nice sized apartment, friendly hosts who speak multiple languages. Carpark under the property, as the flats are on stilts...... Close to the main bus terminal, shops, bars and restaurants, but not too close to be a noise issue Pool was clean, fresh water, was warmer in the evenings, plenty of sun loungers The pool gets the sun all day, which is next to a road, but has privacy screens up. Just a stone throw away from a view of the beach........ down 100 or so steps to get to it First floor flats/balconies are at eyelevel to the bus passengers.....

The road was a little noisy, but I had earphones listening to music....

Good value for money

Great location and everyday room service that changes your towels and makes your bed.

The place is a little bit noisy because of the buses, party people and pool cleaning early in the morning. We also didn’t have air contitioning.

Great location, balcony huge!, no hassle, staff amazing, nothing too much trouble, allowed us to stay and use pool as our flights were later in the day, bus route close and loads of restaurants and bars, beach 3mins away!! Quite a quiet calm atmosphere,

that they not gave clean Towels 2 times. and that we 4 months asked for highest level but we not got. so last time we stayed there

Excellent location, friendly staff, needed a bit of TLC , but could see it was being addressed, would definitely return.

Excellent location, near to the sea & pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Bus station near by making it easy to go out & about. Staff very friendly & helpful. The maintenance man worked tirelessly every day, cleaning the pool & surrounding areas of the apartment s. Also giving the outside of the apartments a bit if TLC. good job he did too!!!

Not a lot as we could see the TLC required was being addressed.

Great, lovely relaxed holiday

This our second stay here. The swimming pool, location and clean apartment make for a comfortable stay. It’s not a noisy complex and it really works for us and our family. Short walk onto the beach👍😊

The apartment would benefit from a small oven, just to self cater easier, there is a hob, microwave and pots and pans etc, that you can cook with. But lack of oven limits what you can cook.

Two star hotel with nice pool area

Location near the beach and bus stops. Pool area is nice and clean.

Kitchen bin closet smelled like an ashtray, lockers are swollen and hard to open. There's only one socket in the kitchen, you need an extensive cord to use appliances. Then you need to move the cord to reach other sockets to charge you phone. The room was cleaned three times during a week. No special needs from me, I even had to remind to empty the bin. I didn't like the obvious hints (hugs and high fives) from cleaning lady willing to get tip.
