Great room. Great service. Easy to reach from the airport and easy to reach the city centre from there.

Faciclities B(+), breakfast solid B(-), internet F.
Close to the underground and there are many restaurants nearby.
Internet connection is very very poor and of course be prepared that WhatsApp, Signal, Messenger, and other communicators are blocked so you must have VPN installed to use any of them.

Very good
The rooms were clean and spacious. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of food. It was delicious. The location is good. It was not too far from the airport, being just a 15 minute taxi ride away. They usually have an airport shuttle bus service, but we were told the service was halted because of Covid-19, which is understandable. There is a mall and an outdoor shopping street next to the hotel. Usually, the checkout time is 12pm, but since we had a flight at 10:30pm, we paid a little bit more for a 6pm checkout. This made things very convenient for us as we were travelling with an infant.
We had two issues with our stay. Issue#1: When we booked the room, we chose to pay online. When we got to the hotel, the front desk said that my credit card payment was just a guarantee for the room, not actual payment. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm after a long day of travel and I was too tired to deal with the situation, so I paid the room fee the staff was asking for. Front desk said I could email them afterwards if I ended up being double charged. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk again (a different person). The staff member called their reservations department and cleared up that I had already paid online, that the payment I made at check-in would act as a deposit and would be refunded to me at checkout, which it was. I feel like this situation could have been avoided. It should have been clear in their computer systems that I had already paid. It shouldn't be my responsibility to figure it out. If I didn't ask about it, I would have paid double for the room. Issue#2: When we booked the room, we clearly selected that it was for 2 adults and 1 child (<1 years old). I chose the room option where breakfast was included. In the morning when we went for breakfast, the staff said that we had only paid for breakfast for 1 person. We went to the front desk to ask about this. The staff made a few calls (it took about 15 minutes) and cleared things up that we had indeed paid for breakfast for 2 people. I'm not sure why they assumed that we booked breakfast for one when the room booking was for 2 adults. Furthermore, there was no option during booking to choose how many breakfasts we wanted. The only options during booking were breakfast included or breakfast not included.

Good for a night near the airport.
The hotel is OK, close to the Pudong airport and make "free" transfers to it, almost the whole day long.
The bathrooms need a makeover, they are a bit worn out.

Convinient and comfortable but a little bit overpriced
Generally - good impression. It is close to the airport and to the metro. They have a coffee machine and cheese at breakfast, as well as fresh eggs and bacon. It wasn´t just a typical Chinese breakfast, which was really nice. The entrance is beautiful and practical, without unnecessary luxury. All receptionists speak good English and we checked in very quickly. The no-smoking room was really a no-smoking room, which is highly appreciated because it is really hard to find a room without a tobacco smell in Shanghai.
I booked the room on the high floor because was traveling with my mother who never had been in Shanghai before. Well, it was absolutely unnecessary to pay more for that, basically because there is nothing to see around. Another point is that I stopped in about 20 different hotels in Shanghai and can say that this one is a little bit overpriced. I stayed in Hilton for the same price time ago and the difference is huge. It is obviously not a 5 stars hotel. The last thing that irritated me was the transfer from the airport. Basically, because it doesn´t exist at night. I knew that in advance, it wasn´t a surprise for us, but considering that this hotel is called The QUBE Hotel Shanghai – Pudong International Airport, considering its price and supposed 5 stars, it should offer this service for the people who arrive at the airport at any time, because Pudong never stops. So, when you book this hotel to stay after arriving during the night, take in mind another 60-70rmb to pay for the taxi.
