Fin de semana santo en familia en el Hotel Gala

El espacio de la habitación y el orden, que tenga estacionamiento Que la habitación tuviera 2 ambientes fue maravilloso porque andábamos con nuestra bebé, y así cuando ella dormía, teníamos un espacio con mesa y sofá con mi marido

Quizás que no esté en primera línea de playa pero es un detalle mínimo

Me encanto el desayuno muy variado y gran cantidad de verdad que para todos los gustos 10/10 . Y buena ubicacion accecible a todo

Lo unico que encontre que pueden mejorar es la modernizacion de los inodoros, en cuanto a limpieza excelente.

It is ok but there is many room for improving.

The breakfast was kind of good. I like it. People were very friendly all the time. The hotel is well located.

I was there during summer but the swimming pool was in maintenance. So, I paid for a service which was not operating. The wifi service was just ok. I am a scientist and I need to deal with a lot of zoom meetings. I needed to bring my laptop among my floor (11th), the restaurant floor (4th), and the lobby (1st) looking for the "best" signal. Not happy with that. The hotel price is comparable with any 4-star hotel in Europe or America or Asia (I have been in Greece, Helsinki, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai...), so that you expect to have high quality services (swimming pool + internet). The restaurant service was very limited, no lunch no dinner. By last, there was a study area in the 1st floor. I was there but the desk was broken and the light was poor.

Dust smell

The staff is the best point of the hotel. Very kind ans help us with many requests. The room is very big. There was a double bed and a single bed. Large bathroom with hot shower. Garbage basket in bathroom and bedroom.

Worst of all is the smell of dust inside the room. Another very bad point is that the bed is extremely soft where we get to sink. I couldn't use the room safe even though I followed the instructions. Breakfast is very simple and didn't catch our attention.

great location, good and sufficient breakfast. The Staff was great, very profesional and always ready to attend to details or special requests.

too large room to keep warm with the heating system in place during nights low temperatures outside. Suggested deeper cleaning in the bathroom area. TO STRONGLY ENFORCE ON GESTS THE NONSMOKING RULES OF THE HOTEL.

Amazing View, pretty central location. Staff accommodated requests without issues.

Breakfast -even for COVID restrictions- was a bit lacking. Room services (TV, AC) were pretty old, and half functional.

Large room, view across the river, large bed,

Noise from outside: Seagulls camped outside window early morning wake up din. Single glazed windows, not soundproofing curtains. Room cleaning: we didn't realise (we should have been advised) we had to put the little card left on the table into the card slot outside for the room to be cleaned. Came back to the room how we left it. Breakfast buffet: you get a time slot, there are items wrapped in cling film with no indication as to what they are, could have opened them all to find out what they are but that would be ridiculous. No toast option.

Very confy and relaxing. Sunsets through my big window were excellent to chill out.

Included breakfast was nothing special. Simple and plain stuff, just to have the job done, but nothing particular to make you be glad you had it. You are better considering not paying for breakfast and eating outside.

As expected public services were closed due to Covid, this is not at fault to the hotel, but it would have been nice to have access to these spaces in some limited or pre-booked way.

GALA HOTEL, IS PURE GARBAGE!!

The only think I liked was the hot tub jicuzzi, I mean the water was not supper hot but it was nice.

When I arrived I was placed into a room that was not what was selected. It had a small jicuzzi tub for one not a jicuzzi for two like the photo. Then the breakfast was served in the rooms because of the covid-19, the problem with that is the meal was horrible; ( exist of 1 coffee, one child size juice box, two ham and cheese small muffins, and a tiny piece of cake) I myself do not like ham and I do know what an american buffet breakfast is. There was no pool access, there was no condiments in the room. No drinks in the fridge, no glasses, no water boiler. I am very disappointed in this hotel and what was available to me. It is not like the virus just arrived it has been around for almost a year. I feel for the cost of this hotel, stating it include the price of breakfast in the price is wrong. Basically they just removed the all the highlights that have you chose the hotel over others. I am also upset that booking does not allow me to change or modify my booking and states I have to wait up to 48 hours ( 2 days) for the hotel to reply. What is this?
