Best view and walking distance to everything.

I love the view from the apartment in the morning and night... how big the space was in the rooms and living area.

Parking... only have one parking per apartment and only smaller cars can fit... hard to find parking on the street...other than that it was still good.

Stay was great.

Location was perfect.. everything was just at walking distance.

Only issue we had was the carpark. The height clearance of the carpark was only 1.8 m and we had a big car that won’t fit. So we have to move our car all the time. It was really frustrating.

Location, location! From the breathtaking views from the balconies. Watching the whales play right from the apartment was amazing. Walking distance to Cavil ave was so convenient we parked the car. Walk, tram is right behind. We didn’t have a problem with noise. Loved falling asleep with the sound of the roaring ocean

Found the appliances in apartment (level 13 54) toaster didn’t work kettle had a leak in it, no dustpan for the broom, happy to clean up after ourselves. If items are supplied. Exhausted fan in the kitchen was mouldy, smelled when turned on. Maybe some sort of exhaust fan n bathrooms to prevent mould/ fog mirrors up.4 Beds were terrible to sleep on.

Was okay, but definitely better out there for the same amount of money.

staff were amazing, reasonably located.

property was filthy, Had to do all own cleaning before leaving, bedding was ridiculous, no cutlery or crockery in apartment, lots of furniture/household necessities eg - toilet button broken. dead cockroaches everywhere. the first room we were given could not have been stayed in, had to change rooms 3 times because of the disgusting state.

NO POOL until July. Dirty apartment. Never again!

The situation was excellent. Sea views, not to close to the town centre to avoid the noise but close enough to walk.

Firstly we had to park on the road as our vehicle didn’t fit in the underground car park. When we arrived we were advised by the lovely security guard that the pool was shut for until July! This was not stated on their website! We had a very unhappy teenager as we booked it because of the pool! When we got up to our apartment eventually it was spacious but tired. Strange stains on the walls/ceiling of one of the bedrooms, handles hanging off the kitchen cabinet and the carpet was disgusting! It had the DNA of probably most of people that had stayed there in the past… it was filthy! Tried to vacuum it myself but it was no good! The manager when we checked out was not interested in the fact that it was not mentioned on their website about the pool. Myself and another family were ‘complaining’ about this but he kept telling us the rates had been discounted to cover the fact there was no pool! Will not visit again due to these issues and poor customer service.

Check in wasnt great. Got a text to say keys were in a safe. Had to call after hour’s service and wait around for keys.

beachfront views, right on beach minutes walk to surfers paradise, cavill mall, restaurants etc Also, rented a car had a carspace under cover and secure and went on many tours as well as theme parks

when checking in on Saturday, no one at front desk had to call for someone to drop keys, which was fairly quick, other than that, highly recommend and would stay there again.

Had a very enjoyable stay with brilliant staff and facilities. Will definately be back.

Great staff and location. Very comfortable apartment and everything needed for a holiday was supplied.

There was work going on at the pool but we were informed about this prior to our stay which we really appreciated.

Awesome location but Apartment definitely needs maintenance

Amazing location. Just have to cross the road to go to beach. We had nice time waking at the beach anytime we wanted and was lovely to be able to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks by sitting on beach without a heavy crowd, never an option at a Sydney. Shops and restaurants are very close. The beds were comfortable and clean. Nice ocean views. Working dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Apartment is screaming for some love and maintenance. Weird hard stone like flooring but it was only at the apartment we stayed , we looked at the next one while passing as it was being cleaned and it was great. Not bothered about small things like ageing apartment, chipped paint etc., but other things were unreasonable like the sofa is way past it’s end of life. I am sure how people are supposed to sit and relax after a day of walking in living room when sofa is unusable. The rug in the living room was very dirty(old is fine but dirty is no excuse )and we had two toddlers who love to roll on the floor so was a bit concerning. Showers heads were not powerful and it took forever to take a shower. The water sprinklers(ceiling) were so dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in months, was unsettling to sleep underneath them.

Location fantastic. Close to beaches and restaurants. Room VERY disappointing, below average.

The apartment overall was in a weathered state. Window winders covered in salt, balcony dirty, roller in sliding balcony door struck, carpet stained, internal bedroom cupboards in bedrooms need attention …T.V provided was small (approx 28 inch). the room We stayed in was in serious need of repair and maintenance work. Very disappointing!!!

old & dated. the air was musty & off when we entered the apartment. must have been closed up for a while. at dinner on the first night we opened the dishwasher to find the bottom full of stagnant, pungent old water which engulfed the entire apartment with stench. clearly not checked by the cleaners. multiple cockroaches running around.

This property is definitely not 4 star rated. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The view was nice but the balcony was closed in. Close to Cavill Ave.

The apartment needed a makeover. Things were broken and old. The underground parking was very scary.

the property had called me 2 hours before check in time and let me know that our 3 bedroom apartment for our family was no longer available and they were not going to try help us find another place to stay nor were they going to offer us anything except a refund which they processed without my consent and incorrectly so I was unable to get the funds in time to find another place to stay when I had contacted the lady at reception she simply blocked me telling me to sort it out with my bank when the mistake was on her end.
