Location
Staff are not very pleasant. Nowhere to store bags but check in not until 14h and check out 12pm. You have to leave them out in the open and they won’t even allow you to tuck your bag round a corner in reception, it’s completely on display.

The location was very central. Booked the room with the balcony which was a nice big size.
Lucky the balcony was so big because the room size was tiny, barely any room
for our luggage. Bed was so close to the window along one side and wall on the another size it was a struggle to get around (and I’m a small person but still found it awkward to move around). Tiles in the shower were coming off, so much limescale on the shower head and bathroom tap water was squirting off in everything direction.
If you’re a light sleeper be aware of the church bell going off at all hours (12am on a Sunday night).

location was wonderful
There was so much mold in the room. no windows. I tried to cancel a part of my stay and was denied. just because I was worried about my health.

Location is fantastic. Everything else is ok considering the price. You get what you pay for. If you are like me and spend in the hotel only night, this hotel will do the job. There are no luxuries here but I found all the necessities I needed. There are towels, shampoo, shower gel and even a small bottle of mineral water to welcome you. The place is rather clean, however there was a bit of dust in the wardrobe. There is hot and cold water in the shower, hair dryer and storage space plus clothes hangers in the wardrobe.
This concept of using a bath shower curtain instead of door to the toilet is weird. I was traveling solo so it wasn't a big problem for me but I can imagine staying with someone else and listening to the noises from the toilet and, perhaps worse - feeling the smell. The only window in my room was facing the small light inlet (kind of chimney or well). The glass is kind of semi transparent reinforced by metal wires so at least people from different rooms can't see each other's rooms). As I was staying in my room only for few hours during the night, this wasn't really a problem.

The accommodation is very well located, right in the centre of the city.
As we had seen in previous ratings the entrance had a terrible smell. In addition, the rooms had very awkward lighting were you were either in the dark (there is very little natural light) or a ridiculously bright fluorescent light. (a small cheap lamp was in the room but ours didn't work)
The shower is a rain shower but the water pressure was poor as it is evident that the shower head is never cleaned.
The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the room beside ours.

Location was good, the terrace is nice.
The toilet and shower are not seperated from the sleeping area. There is pratically no room to even walk around the bed, the door from the toilet does not close and the shower only half works. It was not really clean and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Perfect location on the center of Valencia.
The hall had a really bad smell of sewer and in the room there was some mold on the wall caused by humidity.
The toilet door didn't have the handle so it was impossible to close.

There is no brakfast included. Location is ok.
Room is stuffy with NO windows!! No fresh air whatsoever, and the cleaning ladies kept turning off AC, even when I politely asked to leave it on, while I was away. Wifi connection is zero to none. Beds are ok, place was clean, but that was about it. Avoid the place, if you can.

it was close to the square
very hard to find, poorly sign posted
we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room , what a laugh
a huge part of the room was taken up by a shower similar to a roman bath
no tiles on the floor and directly above a busy restaurant facing the street with people shouted much of the night
the pillows were so thin and lumpy and the bed was hard and uncle

The view from the window aswell as the location.
The roof terrace wasn’t open for use.

Just the location was perfect.
It took us around 90mins to find the location of the hotel. We were driving from Madrid and we couldn't find the location from Google maps. I hadto stop 400m away from the hotel, walk to old town and find the hotel and then drive for 15mins to a parking which the hotel had a deal with which was again 700m away.
We were there only for a night for a meeting on Monday morning. I asked for iron and they didnt have it. Although I asked to have it for 8:30am for the morning after to prepare for my meeting they didnt have it prepared to I had to go into a meeting with creased clothes. The staff werent helpful at all.
The night that we checked in after lots of hassle, we had only one small water bottle in our room and we were a couple. I asked for another one at night and they said we have to wait until the morning.
Once again the location was great but the room was SUPER small, NOT clean and not easy to access with the worst service.

A little gem - tucked away in a quiet pedestrianised street right in the centre of the old town. Our room was much better than expected - we thought we were getting an interior room but actually got a room with a juliet balcony and a view out to the street below. The room was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay with a large comfy bed with nice quality bedding, private shower room with fluffy towels, tv, aircon, free wifi and complementary toiletries and drinking water. Reception staff were lovely - very helpful - and we were able to complete the check in process early and leave our bag at the hotel to enable us to explore without lugging our bag round with us until the room was ready at the agreed time. If you are looking for 5 star luxury with lots of facilities then this is not the place for you but for value for money accommodation in a fabulous location this place is hard to beat
As I mentioned the room was a little on the small size but for us that really didn't matter as it was clean and comfortable. Some of the decor was a little worn but honestly for the price we paid I was thrilled with the place

The rooms did not look like any of the photos. No proper window and the bed was not comfortable and the lobby smelled really bad.

Nice little room, comfy bed and good size. Location was just perfect! Helpful nice staff.
Didn't realise the room was in the loft with tiny window but we had air-conditioned much needed so it was okay

the location
I paid almost 80 euros for a double room as the booking page showed that it was a room with at least 2 windows, but only to be given an attic room without any windows.
Upon getting to the property, was only to be told the pics was created in my mind, since it’s the “double room”, not the “superior” and they offered to arrange me another room but it was even worse than the one I got, without any window super small. No effort to upgrade or solve the problem was made at all by Stephany from the hotel side.
The location was actually quite central, but if you want to book the “double room” don’t believe anything from the pics that correspond in the booking page, it’s totally a fraud, or try to confirm with the hotel before booking, otherwise you’ll have the room without any windows, also the terrace is NOT available for guests in general, it’s a part of the room on the top floor, so in the hotel, if you book “double room” that means you’ll have no access to the open air during all your stay.
the pics from the booking page and the room I got during my stay, are attached to this comment as for more ppl take into account.
