Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmerausstattung OK. Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr, die sich in Grenzen hielt.

Excellent location, room nice, clean and comfortable, food was very good and delicious. Staff Annalise was friendly, welcoming and very nice.

The location was excellent as was the secure bicycle parking. However we were moved to a 'sister' hotel The Hotel O - this wasn't a problem as we were told well in advance.
The rooms were quite small and very warm with little airflow possible due to locked windows on the landing.

Virtually in mid-city, this hotel is ideal in all ways. Would certainly stay again, especially with such caring staff. Thanks.
Would have liked a check-in before 3pm. But you could almost say it was worth waiting for!

It was comfy, staff were friendly and upon arrival we were told because we had an early checkout a lunch bag was made for us! It was well packed too.

We loved the location of this hostel style hotel and we were able to park on the street free from 18.00-9.00 and pay up to 4.50 euro for 3 hours. The woman who ran it was very friendly and efficient. There was a lift to the upper rooms. There were numerous restaurants nearby and it was only a 5 minute walk to the Menin gate.
The breakfast was perhaps a little basic

easy to find, staff very friendly, breakfast was amazing, as well as continental you had scrambled eggs and bacon, delicious. Fresh towels every day.
on asking we could store our road bikes safely. Good value

A small thing, nowhere to hang towels. Room had no air-conditioning, could easily be fixed by having an overhead fan in room. Note that no staff are there before check-in time, so no point getting there early.

Excellent location, our room faced onto the main square. Good breakfast.
The room was a bit cramped but included an en suite although the door didn't close properly. Staff almost invisible but necessary arrangements were in place and all worked OK. Staff laid good breakfast and happened to see someone on departure.

I was on a Battlefield tour with friends. This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. Great location. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

The room was a little small with some tight angles but had everything we needed. Breakfast offered a good choice and was plentiful. The location was the best possible for a stay in Ypres. Staff were easy-going yet attentive, naturally pleasant and friendly.
