Very beautiful pool, big room.
Room light wasn’t enough (bedroom is a quite dark)
There’s not staff at pool during long periods, it was hard to ask for drink and food sometime at pool area.

The hotel is very good. You can see that it is a little old, but they are working on renovating some stuff, which is good.
The facilities are good, such as pool and restaurants.
The renovating was very loud and they didn't tell us about it before. The pool staff was very very slow. The service wasn't so good.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Thanks for your hospitality.
I arrived forty minutes before the check-in, the room was available and they charged me R$ 40,00. And at the check-out they charged a tax of 10%. Nobody tells me about this last charged =(
