Nice to have a garage to stow beach gear. The view of the sound and proximity to a neighborhood dock for sunset views terrific. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Appliances great. Kitchen was well appointed. Enclosed porch with screened windows that could be opened was delightful. Overall, we were thrilled to find a dog friendly place to stay! The welcome gift from the property management company so perfect. Check in/out communication perfect.

For some of us, the front railing is super important when climbing to the second floor and I picked up a few splinters over the week—truly. The knob on the living room ceiling fan was broken when we got there, we temporarily fixed it. The toilet in the primary en-suite is older and low (guess helpful for young kids). Having a dog friendly home is wonderful, however the shag carpet in the bedrooms hangs on to previous doggy visitor’s scents.
