The central aircondtioning works very well.
Firm matrasses resulted in very good night sleep.
The owner is very friendly and helpfull. He lives 5 minutes away and so can help almost right away if anything goes wrong.
Muravera isn't too exciting of a town, however a fairly large supermarket is within a walking distance of the apartment which is always a big bonus. Mosquitos are a hassle, but with the AC one doesn't need to open the windows at night, so they turned out to not be a big problem.
