Good location, and they offer a shuttle from the check-in to the apartment

The apartment is not "luxurious" to say the least, and we had technical problems with the place: the wifi would not connect, and the air conditioners were ineffective. When we called to complain, the management sent their car driver to play around with the facilities, but he is not a technician. The staff kept telling us that they will "talk to the manager and get back to us", but after many hours with no reply we learned that the manager does not work weekends, and the staff basically lied to us to get us off the phone. Overall, a negative experience. I would not stay there again.

key pick up and drop off isn’t a great system. also the apartment we had wasn’t shown in any of the pictures above. they are very similar but not the same

We loved the location, at the centre of the city, easy to get around at a walking distances

I didn't like the fact that what was on the photo is not what we found , I would have loved the sofa to be just a sofa but not already open as a sofa bed, it was uncomfy to sit as it had no back rest The armchair one was broken The fact that there is no Sky TV and you couldn't not watch International news which I think is vital for international visitors,so very limited information The air conditioner wasn't working so it was quite hot to sleep, please check on that Towels were not changed often and no idea when they were meant to be changed We slept on the same sheets for 4 nights in summer and that was hard when I do change my bed every 2 days The furniture is cheap for the so called " EXECUTIVE APARTMENT Basic stuff missing in the kitchen 1) Kitchen roll 2) hot water kettle The carpet on the floor is high risk of falls as it is very thin and if folds together I hated the fact that the double bed was 2 single mattresses put together and so often they split in the middle Not sure will book again but will try other apartments in the area next time Do a bit more and uograde your apartment to something more of high class, they looked soo cheap Photos on booking com were not accurate as the facilities in the property, the blue sofa instead of been left as a sofa for us to sit on was already done as a bed and so we had to put pillows at the back for support Just leave it as a sofa let people make it a sofa bed by themselves
