A perfect place to stay in Orosei

- Excellent facilities; - Large room and living room; - Kitchen, well equipped with all required appliances and tools; - Shared laundry, if required; - Private parking; - Beach umbrella and beach chairs available for use; - In spite of being 2Km outside the Village, there is a big supermarket just 200m away; - Tranquility; - Just 10 minutes away (by car) of several not crowded beaches in the Orosei sand strip (first week of July), with easy beach access and parking; - Good air conditioning in room and living room; - Large balcony with sea view, chairs, large meal table (in addition to the inner meal table) and cozy sitting area; - Great and friendly host;

- Almost nothing. The shower pressure was sometimes slightly low, what in turn made a little bit difficult to fine tune the water temperature. But it was perfectly workable.

Amazing place, amazing owner

It is probably the cleanest place I’ve been. Very well taken care of! Very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, even with things that I don’t have at home :). The bathroom is nice and well sized, the living room is gigantic, the terrace very spacious too. The owner, Patty is super nice, caring, she makes sure that your stay is top, she’ll give you tips on where to go, where to eat, etc. Always available if you need anything. I can only recommend this place very warmly. The house has 3 apartments: 2 one-bedroom on the top and 1 two-bedroom on the bottom. The terraces on the top have an amazing view of the sea. The property is amidst an olive tree plantation and you get delicious olive oil from the owners. I also got fresh eggs and delicious pastry as a welcome gift, with water and other beverages. The place has a barbecue and you can take some chairs to the beach, which is 5-8 min drive. Going by foot to the beach is not so easy, so make sure you rent a Vespa or car. You can easily get by bus from the airport to Orosei and rent something there. I bought my fruits and veggies at Arcobaleno, directly from the producer! It’s on the way to Su Petrosu and Orsalla beaches. Overall, even better than expected! I will surely come back. Tante grazie Patrizia!

I liked everything! Mattresses could have been a bit softer, but most people like it harder than me.

Olive house

Patrizia (the owner) is very friendly and responsive: any our request was not unattended. The house is surrounded by a nice olive garden which provides perfect oil (we bought some). The house is roomy and good for big company. It is equipped with almost everything necessary. By car it’s easy to reach plenty of wonderful beaches within 15-30 min. Supermarket is 2 min away. Beach chairs and umbrellas are for free.

Shabby towels and linen (charged). Tiny and awkward shower cabin (it leaks) with barely working shower head (needs replacement). Low soundproof. Take mosquito repellent (it’s really necessary if you are going to have barbecue after sunset). No house plate - difficult to understand that you reached your destination (Patrizia, please post here the better picture of your gates or place a sign).
