Very good location if you are going to the mountains If you want to be near the town it self of Zacopane its better to have a car its a 40 minute walk each way. But for the mountains Which is what I did it the best getaway spot.

The location right at the start of the High Tatras trails network was why we chose this place, and that was perfect! Parking right next to the park entrance (which is otherwise a no-drive-zone) was very helpful. The staff was kind and helpful.
Super small room. No common area to relax in either (after the restaurant closed at 19). Basically the only way to spend the evening is to drive down to town. Location is this hotel's main selling point, so take it or leave it.

Place is calm, nice and clean, have a parking spot, a lot of places can be visited by walking around the area. There are beautiful hikes around it which are easy to reach.
The stuff in this hotel hardly speak english or other language except polish, so communication with people are complicated.

Fantastic location, in Tatra mountains (not in Zakopane city). So you are really in a forest. The hotel isjust in front of the lift to Kasprowy. I could go down directly from Kasprowy and down to the car to leave the ski there.
From Kasprowy, you have one good alpnie track, hala Gasiennicowa. It is similar to Stubai, I would rate it red. It is really beautiful, but short. It takes >10 minutes to go up the lift, and 3-4 minutes to go down.

The good thing it’s location if you are going for hiking. this is the only one good thing about this place.
First of all when you booking this hotel, you see on the pictures big waterpark, sauna and if looks like a part of hotel. but reality is different. it’s a simple little house with cheap furniture 3,5 KILOMETERS FROM WATER PARK, THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO. When you book this room in the listing they say you will have acces to sauna, swimming pool and water park. Our stay was 3 days and they give as access only to swimming pool…. SAUNA NOT INCLUDED!! and you have access only 2 hours per day.. so at the end we went there one day and the other one we spent in other good sauna in zakopane.
We were there first days of September, came at night and it was SOOOOO cold, hitting doesn’t work. we spent night in a very cold room. in the morning I spoke about it with their stuff on reception and finally something good happened, next night they turned on heating.
Breakfast is pretty simple, nothing special.
At the end we have next situation : Does not match the description ( sauna 3.5 km from the place, no access to sauna at all, only swimming pool ) , Very cold, personal not very polite, No simple things like shower gel.
SORRY BUT ITS NOT DESERVE 100 EUR PER NIGHT AT ALL!!!!! NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
And the most scared thing is that we found Hidden surveillance camera on our room. it’s totally brakes our rule of privacy!!!

Location is superb, if you are into hiking.
Further from town, but few shops and restaurants around.
Next to the Kasprovy Vierch cable car.
Very nice surroundings.
Early morning traffic (restarants opening, supplies brougt, tourists start passing just below the windows) noises.
Smoke comming into the room from barbecue just one story below

The personnel was very helpful. I actually had to order some bicycle equipment and they were kind enough to receive it and keep it safe for me before I even came. They also arranged for a takeaway breakfast on days when I had to go into the mountains early!
The road to the hotel is undergoing construction, which I wasn't informed about. This would normally not have been a problem, since it's only 200m of walking from the bus stop, but I had a pretty heavy case, and carrying it 200m over cobblestone was not fun or easy. I would have liked to know about that.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the hotel parking is very convenient in this location, the free entry to the aqua park (50 pln each) is a big bonus. If you want to hike in the area - its a great option! All in all, we really liked the place and felt we are in good hands.

The room was very clean and cosy.
Good WiFi in the room and dining area.
The staff were very competent and kind.
Located next to the major ski lift, as well as the entrance into the national park.
Overall great experience for the price.
Not a single teabag in the room despite the kettle being provided!
Seeing that the area does not have a local grocery store and the restaurant closes at 6pm it wouldn't hurt you to throw in a couple of teabags and coffee pactets.
Not sure whether it was overlooked in my room only, or is this the new face of stingy.
Please look into it, hardly anyone travels with their own coffe.
