Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war sehr Zentral und man kommt sehr schnell zu den Zügen.

建物は古くてレトロだが、きれいに手入れしている印象でした。 スタッフの方も丁寧な印象。 枕を選べたりするところも楽しい。

前の方のお菓子のカスが落ちてた。

アメニティが豊富でベッドが綺麗でした。

トイレやお風呂にカビが生えていたり少しきたなかったです。

The hotel is in a quiet and safe area of the city. Short walk to Kanda station. The room was small but clean.

Convenient location, central enough to avoid the madness. Really close to Kanda station. Selection style of pillows to choose for free.

Breakfast potion are small and only offered as set, not worth the price.

This hotel is a little older than some of the hotels we stayed in in Japan. It's fine for a night or two and perfectly clean but not quite as comfortable as some places we stayed.

Grand Hotel is located in Kanda area, a location which is great for restaurants. The hotel is not far from the tran station and the rooms are clean. Staff is also really friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were also quite big and comfortable. You got free pajamas in the room which was a very nice touch. The location was great, very close to Kanda station which has a connection with the metro line and JR line. It's also in walking distance from Akihabara. The area is very lively around Kanda station and you can get great food there. You have to leave your keys at the reception but they're available 24 hours which is great if you want to have a night out.

Two of the travelers were smokers and the smoking area is in the hotel restaurant. There is no smoking area in the hotel itself so if the restaurant is closed there is no smoking area available which was a bit inconvenient since smoking on the street is not allowed.

Staff very helpful

Room 808, disgusting, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed since it was laid in the 70s, mouldy hot water kettle contraption, cracked dirty tiles, obviously bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, couldn’t stop scratching, itching, bites all over arms/legs! Avoid!!!

Easy walk from Terminal 1 and they have a shuttle bus to take you back to the airport Rooms are huge and beds were comfy

Hotel could do with a facelift. It is old.
