Fantastisch service

Het hotel Bonne Sante waar ik verbleef met mijn gezin was echt fantastisch! Vooral het personeel Yunus en Hasan hebben uitstekende service verleend. De locatie was ook super, want het was op loopafstand van de metro. Daarnaast verbleven we aan de fantastische Istiklal Caddesi. Ondanks de drukte van de winkelstraat, was het heel rustig in het hotel. We kregen een lekker ruime kamer. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan! Nogmaals dank aan Yunus en Hasan!

Inte riktigt vad vi förväntat oss.

Läget är utmärkt och personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Rummet var slitet och tex strömbrytare till sänglampor fungerade inte som de ska. Duschhandtaget läckte och sprutade vatten åt alla håll. Möblerna på takterrassen hade skador och saknade kuddar(det fanns en möglig sådan). När vi kom till rummet fanns inga handdukar alls, bara en kaffekopp. Frukosten är riktigt dålig och kommer man sent kan det vara slut och fylls inte på.

Me and my family really enjoyed it

I liked the area of the hotel which it is located. The reception staff Mr. Islam and other staff very friendly and welcoming hospitality. Always talking to us with a smile. Never say No to any of my request to them. Whatever possible way they managed to help me. Room size is big and have the facilty of Jacuzzi in our bedroom, TVs, Sofas etc. Its worth to the money which I spend for the stay. I strongly recommed this hotel to all.

Only the stairs to the hotel in the beginning. 😀

Worst decision I ever made was booking this hotel

Only good thing about the hotel is the location

The lobby is on the first floor, no customer service, filthy rooms, pathetic breakfast, slow WiFi (500 kbps)

ארוחת בוקר מזינה מאוד אפשר אולי להוסיף קצת דברים העובדים פשוט נחמדים חייכנים נותנים שירות מעל ומעבר מתייחסים אלייך כאל מלך אפילו השארתי להם טיפ בסוף השהות כל הזמן שאלו אם צריך משהו עזרו הייתי בחדר שפחות היה נוח מיד העבירו אותי לחדר אחר הוא במקום נורא מרכזי שזה הכי חשוב היה ממש מעולה

Чудесно с изключение на хигиената.

Местоположението е страхотно, персонала е много любезен, стаята беше достатъчно голяма.

Хигиената не е на ниво, всъщност нито един път не беше почистена стаята за 9 нощувки. Кърпите бяха сменени един път по наше искане. Закуската е бедна, препоръчвам поне един тостер да има.

It was lovely stay in very wonderful location

Good but not great, more work to be done

The staff are really helpful specially mustafa , location is great

The bathroom and bed and facilities need to be renewed. Bed sheets are tiered and bellows are not comfortable.

The staff was really friendly. The location of the hotel is really great. The Services are quiet good. I specially want to thank Hassan and Moustafa.

You have to usd some stairs to reach the front desk. It was a little hard to reach the elevator with your heavy luggages. However, the staff was really helpful and present assistance in carrying the luggages. The resturant was quite small.

From our checkin till check out, all the staff were very accommodating! We would like to say a special thank you to Yusuf and the elder man who made our stay especially memorable. They were able to help us out last minute and went above and beyond. Everyone should definitely book this place if you want a smooth and comfortable stay. Thank you again Yusuf :)

Great stay at a great hotel

Property is very nice, neat and clean. Staff is very nice, all of them without any exception. Abdulla is great, yousef is very nice as well. God bless you all, really we enjoyed the stay. Location is also great it is just two minutes walking away from taksim square.

Recommend!

I liked that it was central, everything was close, restaurants, bars, shopping... The staff working there was superior. Big thanks to Mustafa and Yusuf and everyone else working there! We had such a great time, they asked us everyday if we needed something and if we were satisfied with the stay. We never tried the breakfast so i can't say anything about it.
