Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié, c'est la proximité de la plage et la magnifique vue sur la mer.

Bien que cet appartement bénéficie d'une localisation attrayante, mon expérience a été loin de ce que j'espérais. Premièrement, l'espace était plus restreint que ne le suggéraient les photos, ce qui a créé une certaine déception dès mon arrivée. De plus, le confort laissait à désirer : le lit, de qualité médiocre, m'a causé des douleurs dorsales et le lave-linge fonctionnait de manière aléatoire. L'enregistrement en ligne a également posé problème. Malgré la fonctionnalité de traduite la page en français, le formulaire d'inscription restait en espagnol (même eux n’était pas au courant), ce qui m'a causé des difficultés supplémentaires, surtout en étant en déplacement avec une connexion internet intermittente. L'assistance de l'établissement, quant à elle, ne fut pas à la hauteur, se contentant de rappeler la nécessité de s'enregistrer obligatoirement avant 19h pour obtenir les clés, sinon je reste dehors. Ma déception est aggravée lors de mon départ lorsque j'ai été pénalisé de 25€ prélevés sur ma caution, d’après eux, pour un non-respect des instructions spécifiques du règlement intérieur, concernant le rangement de la literie, des détails que je n'avais pas complètement compris. (Je devais laisser la literie usagée dans la baignoire de l’appartement et non pas ailleurs !) Malgré tout, il est clair que ces expériences négatives m'ont dissuadé de revenir dans cet appartement et je ne saurais le recommander à quiconque dans sa condition actuelle.

Noise from the building, cleanness, rules of the company managing the apartments, check-in was after 5pm, check-out experience, had to leave the apparent before 10am to walk to the office by then to leave the keys. No toiletries are provided, just half role of toilet paper. No WiFi. Had to wait another hour for the cash deposit to ne returned.

The hosts. This is why the overall rating does not make sense. We arrived at the property, a small block of apartments, the door was open but we could not find reception. Then we saw a small notice stuck to the front door directing us to reception about 6 blocks away. We repacked the car and found the correct building but it was also not reception. A cleaning lady directed us to yet another building 3 blocks away. We found that too, and a queue of clients, waiting outside in the rain. Eventually it was our turn and I paid a 150 euro deposit without the hosts checking the apartment with us, I had asked, and collected the keys. Over an hour had elapsed. The apartment was very nice indeed, although no internet so inconvenient as we had walk to a local cafe each time. Upon leaving we delivered the keys to reception and again nobody checked the apartment with us. Back home, at the end of the month, there was an unexplained 30 euro debit on my credit card account, from an unrecognised merchant, but the date and place identified a merchant connected to the hosts. Rightfully, my bank blocked my card immediately, refunded the 30 euros and provided some compensation.

we had 2 beachside apartments, they were clean and comfortable and it was a great location

the checkin process was a nightmare, communication was really difficult trying to do it virtually. All the documents were in spanish which we didnt understand and noone in the office could speak english when we spoke to them. we decided to go to the office directly and it was much easier ad we were able to use a translate app

Deposit 150 euro. Administrator didn't tell us that there would be a market on the street next day and that it would be impossible to leave the parking until 2pm. We lost half a day of our holiday. We were fined 50 euro for not taking out the garbage, not making the beds, and leaving food for the next tourists. I don't advise anyone to deal with these people.
