This building has potential…. But needs A LOT of tweaks needed before they should rent this out!

Garden was a mess, no parking (we were told to park next door down and that neighbor actually knocked on our door at 10pm). Bad lighting all around the property. Kitchen hot water was cold and the other way around, bathroom downstairs had faucet with water running NEXT TO the sink. Downstairs bathroom no airco, bathroom upstairs showerhead leaking all over the bathroom… etc. Oh, and NO SIGN so good luck finding it. Cleaning lady, although very sweet and house was very clean showed up at 9 (we said we would probably leave at 9) but although we said that it would be 10 instead… she stayed… cleaning…. While we were still there

Outrageous property management, I had it booked for a day on 29th early morning at 8am 2 hours before checking out there was a guy came to fix the gate at the backyard making noise using power tools and knocking with hammer, at 08:40 he went even further arrogantly demanding that we move the car out of the yard so that he can fix the gate. Unacceptable, outrageous and unseen behaviour. I dont recommend this place to anyone, I wont be using booking.com as well since they tolerate and allow hosts like this.

Nice and kind staff! 6 minutes to the nearest beach. Private parking space. Two gardens - in front of the house and at the back side.

The house is located 3-4 min walking from the beach. The property is spacious, on three floors, having all the amenities required for a self-catered stay. The communication was easy and the checkin/out was straight forward. The house was cleaned regularly.

Vila Petrino is just at the entrance of Vourvourou, the beach is at 2-3 minutes walking distance. Although it is situated on the main road, the back yard with the BBQ is very calm and quite place for relax. The host Ioannis is very nice and helpful. He made everything for our comfort, all our requests were answered immediately. The kitchen is equipped with everything a family my need, all the rooms were cleaned daily.

The neighbor Vilas were abandoned and their back yards were overgrown with bushes. We had a problem with the plumbing, but it was resolved immediately by our host.
