A good size room and nice area for drinks. Staff tried hard to help. Some good places to eat nearby. Has potential to be very good with some work done on the property. Price very reasonable.
Window blinds need cleaning. Opened when first arrived to look outside and closed immediately. Carpet needs cleaning or replacement, damage to wall paper is off putting. Breakfast very disappointing.

部屋の清潔感が低い。
ところどころ埃がたまっていた。
また、部屋の照明の明るさがつまみはあるのに調整できず、困った。
事前に子供用ルームウェアをお願いしていたのに、用意されていなく、フロントに取りに行く必要が出た。

Buena ubicación con fácil acceso a la estación de metro cercana que permite punto medio entre Osaka y Shin-Osaka y entre la zona de Dotonburi. Desayuno algo ajustado en opciones aunque suficiente y rico, más un almuerzo que un desayuno. Habitación cómoda, pequeña como la mayoría aunque con un precio muy correcto.
Solo hay dos lavadoras de coin-laundry, ventanas mal aisladas con mucha humedad.

the bathroom wasn’t very clean, there were hairs from the previous guests still in the bath and also some dirt under the bed.

It’s very hard to get a big room in Japan. I like the room that I stayed in.It has everything I needed. Staffs was very helpful and friendly.
Thank you to the cleaners for giving me extra towels to make into my pillow..
It would be good if there was coffee and sugar.

The hotel design looks nice and the room was big. The midosuji line was also very close.
The toilet did not have good ventilation so it smelled.

Distance from Honmachi Station to Hotel. You need to walk on gravel road which made big heavy luggage a pain

the design of the room is special, the overall style is clear and simple, the bathtub is big and comfortable. the room service and the attitude of the employees are very nice. there are some washing machine in the hotel, which is very convenient.
