Nice service, but even at the hotel reception they don't speak English, the cleaning ladies are great, but hotel maintenance is required and there is no maintenance person because there is mold in the bathroom ,The lack of a restaurant is a big discomfort for most guests

Location was good if you are staying to connect close to the airport only. About 15-20 mins away from the main town or any attractions you'd want to go to if you're travelling. We wanted somewhere close for a flight so the location worked for us. It's on a main road which you'd need to allocate extra travel time for cars to turn around depending which way you're going.

Accomodation promoted they did a laundry service both online and at their desk but when requested they said they don't do that anymore. Directed when requested to another place that closed down, and we ended up spending half a day trying to sort out some washing. Would appreciate if they stopped advertising this as a service. Wifi was a very weak signal with an annoying login. We had to request the password as it was not provided in the room or in check in, and continually sign in every time our phone or devices closed and the signal kept cutting out. The lift was a bit scary and broke at one point while we were in it, then thankfully restarted and we could get out and use the stairs. We also had a powerouttage in our room at some point. A couple of the lights and powerpoints in the room didn't work, and when you leave the room and take the keycard it cuts all power including powerpoints, so we couldn't charge our phones or laptop while leaving the room. The room is very bare, a bit beyond the modern look. Only had one bedside table on one side, and supplied one pillow on each side of the bed instead of the standard two. Bed was quite uncomfortable and we didn't sleep very well. The shower has poor pressure and is very small and without a shelf. The door doesn't fit the opening so you can't close the bathroom door. There's also no hanging space for towels, they have one singlar hook for a couples room and it hangs over the toilet. The place in general is a quite run down. It was fine to stay in just to have a room near the airport but I wouldn't stay again.

Vi spurgte om en let frokost . Men det kunne vi ikke få da det var booket til et fodbold hold. Og vi boede ret langt ude .Det værste var kokken som var frækbog ubehøvlet. Sagde at de andre havde betalt for det. Det ville vi jo os gøre. Det endte med at vi pakkede vores ting og fandt et andet sted. Han havde absolut ikke respect for sine gæster. Der kommer vi aldrig mere

Shuttle service to ko lanta was smooth and good value for money . Breakfast was good . Cheap for a one night stop over .

The bar / restaurant closed at 9pm following a long flight was a bit of an inconvenience. However there is a 7/11 five minutes walk from the hotel . No restaurants nearby . The receptionist needs some training in how to deal with customers . Poor girl was on her own trying to meet the demands of arrivals all at the same time , so check in took longer than it should have .

Amazing view, room was big and clean. It is close to a lot of things (everything within a 20-30 minute drive). Very nice facilities (pool and breakfast).

While it was close to everything, it didn’t have much around it. Need a form of transport to get around.
