Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido , eramos 8 personas le escribí infinidad de veces al anfitrión y vino a responder

Pésima la atención del anfitrión nunca me enviaron indicaciones para el ingreso al apartamento. Fue necesario salir a altas horas de la noche a buscar otro apartamento, pese a que se había realizado todos los pagos

Perfect location next to the best plaza in Venice!

So much better in person! Apartment is huge with two large bathrooms both with standing showers, large kitchen area fully equipped, two large double bedrooms and a wide corridor with a large sofa bed. Everything was clean and modern. The beds are so comfortable! The view of the canal was beautiful with some opera some mornings from one of the neighbours! Felt very authentically Italian. Amazing location seconds walk away from Camp Sant’Aponal plaza with lovely restaurants, shops and a cafe / bar.

Could have a large stock of toilet paper, washing up liquid etc. But when we ran out it wasn’t a huge issue as there is a Coop connivence shop around the corner from the apartment.

Posizione ottimale, vicino al ponte del Rialto. Per arrivare la prima volta, seguire attentamente le istruzioni fornite. Appartamento grande (il n. 9) all'ultimo piano ma con ascensore. Bella vista, abbastanza silenzioso

Una camera da letto, delle 3 , nel sottotetto, aveva il soffitto basso. Uno dei due bagni, aveva il soffitto molto basso. vasca idromassaggio non funzionava Lavastoviglie non funzionava correttamente.

Well located in quiet streets accessible to all sites by foot and perfect for relaxed familiy or large group.

Spacious with separate living area and kitchen perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. Patio was amazing. Photo directions very helpful.

No hot water 2 days system failed on weekend. Staff helpful and plumbers repaired by Monday.

Loved it

The apartment is really in an amazing location with restaurants and shops nearby. Very close to the water taxi station too. The apartment was pretty big.

The aircon in our room was leaking water. We stayed in apartment 5.

They seem to care about customer service and was able to address problem right away.

The location is great but difficult to find if you arrive at night. My recommendation is NOT to arrive at Venice at night unless you know exactly how to get to your location, logistic is challenging. We had 2 units, one of the units did not have sufficient AC, it was unbearable. Luckily, the management company was able to switch us to another unit the next day. It was nice that there was free luggage storage before and after the stay when we had time gap. It was also great that there were free washer and dryer onsite downstairs.

The AC was never cold enough and what's up with the cruise ship style shower? All the showers in Italy were as tight as can be and the water temperature is unpredictable. It's either too cold or too hot.

Good location

Aircon was located in lounge room and failed to reach the bedroom, which made for a bad night sleep as the city was hot during summer. When we arrived the dishes were still dirty and left in the dishwasher.

It was very clean room. And there were many rooms, it was enough space for 5 person family.

In a washing machine, some dishes were remaining with dirty and bad smell...

Great location, fabulous views!

loved the deck on the roof!

The Shower was awful, either scalding hot or freezing cold. Bathroom doors were veer very loud and squeekie.

the hotel is excellent, the distribution is very convenient, the room has everything you need, quiet and comfortable

Stay away!

It is completely empty. They did not leave anything useful except used soaps & shampoo from previous guests. In the winter, they don't set the heating more than 19 degrees (according to some law they claim, which is hard to believe as we stayed in 2 other locations and this law did not apply). Our family got sick because of cold, as the building is quite old and lets the wind in. Their policy is to threaten you in general. Everything is a warning message. Don't forget to throw away your trash, or you will be fined 400 euros. Don't try to change heating, you will be fined 500 euros. They are extremely obsessed with money and simply look forward to catch your mistake. Sheets and towels had a weird odour, probably from not being washed properly. Luckily we followed all the rules of the big brother and didn't need to pay any fines; but I would not stay here again for sure.

Property is located in th heart of Venice and convenient for walking around and explore the city. Amazing patio view and door codes are very convenient.

Kitchen utensils and appliances were very minimal. Dishwasher could be newer. No coffee machine, no wine glasses and many other items were missing.

The ubication. building. the bedroom was comfortable

the kitchen was missing coffee maker the toaster didn't work there was no kitchen towel/sponge In the bathroom there was no hook to hang the towel. there was no paper pot. the heating did not work 100%

Central location. Spacious apartment. Lift close to apartment.

Risky payment method. Had to go to a third party website to pay. Have read in the papers of a scam that operates in the same manner. In the end it was okay, fortunately it was not a scam and the accomodation was real. Difficult to locate. Low water pressure. TV did not work. Sparce cutlery and crockery. Furniture needs replacement. A bit expensive for what you get.

Location was near supermarket and good places to eat. Value for money. Clean. Great for family of 4. Host was super fast to respond.

Very nice and quiet apartement in a great location.

We didn't meet the hosts, but communication over phone was great. The property is well located, but it is still quiet there. The apartment was well equipped, two bathrooms were a great bonus in the morning.

Kitchen could be equipped a bit more. The rooms were a bit dark, as the few windows lead to a narrow passage.

we booked for two nights, but stayed only one

location is really perfect (close to everything but still quiet), once you have found the property (property is a bit hidden and difficult to find)

the bathroom was smelling horribly of wastewater (while this can happen in Venice, it was an extraordinarily bad smell); sofa bed in questionable condition; dirty dishes in kitchen; no salt, sugar or other basic amenities in kitchen - also we could not find a lighter to turn on the stove (gas).

Spacious Venetian apartment with good access to the sights of Venice.

Good Venetian experience, rooms were spacious, bathroom new, good location.

Other apartments in the complex had modern glass balustrades on the windows to make it safer, and it would good if these could be added to this apartment as the apartment is very high up.

Beautiful building

A beautiful Venetian building with statues, marble stairs and gorgeous ironwork in the communal areas. The apartment had traditional roof beams and shutters on the windows. We could see a canal from the back windows by sticking our heads out, that gave us a thrill....we were right there!The owner was easily contactable and sent clear instructions with photos on how to find the hidden (so many places are hidden!) location.

As usual I couldn't fathom the shower temp so gave up without properly trying and had cold showers.
