location close to the Poetto beach

We visited Poetto at the beginning of April. We were not satisfied by our stay and we left just after a few days. - when we arrived there was a strong smell of dampness/mold. We opened the windows and after a few hours it became less, but we never managed to remove it completely. - the heating/cooling system (air pumps) are only located in two rooms. The living room/kitchen hasn't got any. It was very cold and we could not great the house properly. - the furniture in the bedroom is old and smelly. There were some throws in the wardrobes but they had a bad smell and a bad look - The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Albeit this is subjective I feel this should also be noted - In general the kitchen pans and pots are worn out. We didn't find a colander so we had to find one - The glasses and cups are placed ona shelf and as such they lay on dusty surface - see picture - There's no dishwasher but that's ok as it was not in the description - The fan in the living room is very noisy - Heated rails in the bathrooms do not work - hence all towels are damp - the WiFi signal is very weak and it doesn't reach the living room/kitchen It's a real shame because the location is excellent. It's five minutes away from the beach/supermarket/Pharmacy/cafes etc

Great location right near the beach and a groceries store. Very comfortable rooms with large living and dining area. Lovely outside garden and helpful owners near by.
