- Très jolie décoration : le logement est décoré avec soin et de très bon goût. - personnel réactif et disponible, y compris dans la soirée, ce qui est très appréciable.

- organisation : je n'ai eu aucune information en amont sur le fait qu'ils demandent une photocopie de la pièce d'identité. J'ai du moi même les contacter le jour même pour avoir les informations de comment avoir accès au logement. Heureusement, ils ont été très réactif. - isolation phonique : aucune, on peut entendre les discussions des gens qui passent dans la rue... On entend également les trains, mais c'est logique vu la localisation. - isolation thermique : il y a un seul radiateur pour tout l'appartement qui n'arrive pas à la réchauffer convenablement. Il a fait 6 degrés extérieur lorsque j'ai loué cet appartement et j'ai continué d'avoir froid pendant la nuit. Malgré ma demande, il n'était pas possible d'avoir une couverture supplémentaire. - il manque un rideau sur une fenêtre, on ne peut pas entièrement la couvrir : il reste un espace qui laisse passer la lumière des lampadaires de la rue, ce qui n'est pas très agréable... - eau chaude : malgré la magnifique baignoire, le ballon d'eau chaude doit être minuscule ou défaillant puisqu'il ne suffit pas à en remplir un quart. On m'a dit qu'il fallait attendre 30min pour que l'eau chauffe à nouveau. C'est le cas, mais il ne suffit toujours pas à remplir la baignoire. Le lendemain matin, je n'avais pas assez d'eau chaude pour me laver les cheveux...

L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur de lyon, on peut faire beaucoup de chose à pieds à proximité. La disposition de l'appartement est très sympathique et cosy.

Nous avons été très déçues concernant les équipements et la propreté du logement. Nous n'avons qu'un seul couteau, la table basse était très fragilisée et bancale, il n'y avait pas de sac dans l'aspirateur ni de balayette pour bien faire le ménage en fin de séjour. Quand nous sommes arrivées, il y avait une odeur de tabac froid dans l'appartement, un mégot sous le canapé, la vaisselle a du être relavée par nous même car elle n'étais pas propre. Nous n'avions pas eu de couette pour le deuxième lit.

Pas de miroir dans la salle de bains, pas de décodeur Tv, , La vidange de la douche fonctionnait mal. Malgré le signalement aucune solution apportée. VRAIMENT déçu.

There was no aspect of our stay which was satisfactory.

Our experience at this property was the worst experience we have had in 34 years of travelling. 1 - we only gained access to the property at 20.30pm, 4 hours after our check in time, as the property had not been cleaned. We tried to gain access multiple times but we were given incorrect instructions for the key lock box by the host, who was uncontactable for most of this time. When we did finally get the lock box open there were no keys. The only reason we got into the property was through meeting the cleaners by chance as they departed through the lobby. 2 - there was no air conditioning as advertised at the property. The temperatures outside were 30 to 38 degrees meaning it was impossible to sleep. 3 - the shower was unusable as the water was scalding hot and dangerous. 4 - the toilet seat was broken off. 5 - the stair providing access to the bed area on the mezzanine was dangerous, lacking a proper handrail which was not fixed securely. If your not super careful at the top of the stair you will hit your head off the ceiling. 6 - communication throughout with the support line was unsatisfactory, uninformative and sporadic. We received no satisfactory help in resolving any of the above issues. 7 - there was no information on WiFi access and the TV did not work. 8 - we had to go to considerable expense and disrupt our travel plans at short notice to book alternative accommodation elsewhere after our first night at the property. We could not sleep or shower in the property. Since requesting a refund we have heard nothing back from the property or Booking.com. The whole experience was a night mare and we are currently out of pocket hundreds of pounds. Run a mile if thinking about booking a stay here.

No communication when I reported that the bed had not been changed since the previous occupant. The rubbish bins had not been emptied. As other guests have mentioned, it was impossible to get any response to my emails and phone messages. Nobody seems to care

Location is good. Decent size apartment for 1 or 2 persons.

I had to pay 320 euro deposit via credit card to receive the access code for the door. Many items in the house are old and need repair (broken toilet seat, leaking shower, stained chairs). The host would not reply to any messages sent via Booking, via email or via whatsapp. They sent me messages only to sell the upgrade for breakfast or late checkout at a fee but wouldn't reply to my messages.
