I feel that the breakfast were very good in in choice and quantity. This hotel has commanding views of the beach and part of the township, and at night time is very quiet. The views along the coastline are breathtaking

I feel that overall the hotel had a bit of a rundown appearance. The bathroom roof in unit 2 had a leak in the roof and consequently after a heavy rainstorm there was water everywhere. White pebble and cement combination platform for the shower had mold all over it. The TV did not work and I had bad reception for the 7 days I was there.

Fijne tijd gehad👍🏼

Een prachtige kamer met fijn bed. Uitzicht op de zee en het zwembad, kon niet beter. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima, niet veel .

De wc bril zat los en de wc kon niet goed doorgetrokken worden. Jammer dat het strand erg vervuild is!

Overall a lovely time:)

Great view and lovely pool area. Yummy free breakfast, staff are super sweet, also very accommodating when our flight was changed! Felt super safe and was away from the busyness, a quick walk into town on the beach, otherwise taking the road is a bit long and I wouldn’t love it in the dark. Lovely stay otherwise:)

Buenas vistas, el resto muy regular.

Buenas vistas desde la habitación/villa. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Lo que es el complejo bonito. Desayuno incluido decente.

Camino de muy dificil acceso (con la moto se puede pero hay zonas que las ruedas resbalan un poco) y mal iluminado por la noche. Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, tuvimos que contactar por instagram(vinieron rápido), pero sin internet imposible contactar. La habitación bastante sucia, la sabana encimera pequeña (no nos cubria a los dos, buenas risas). El baño es medio exterior y la ducha esta rodeada de plantas con sus correspondientes arañas y bien de hormigas; lo peor era una pieza metalica rota y oxidada a punto de caerse sobre tu cabeza en la ducha.

A part la vue exceptionnelle, comme l'indique le nom de l'hôtel, le reste est un désastre. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec cuisine, comme indiqué sur la centrale de réservation, et quand nous arrivés rien, une chambre en mauvais état, pas très propre et une salle de bain, en mauvais état et pas très propre. a peine la moitié des services proposés n'existent réellement. Nous devions resté 7 nuits, nous avons changé d'hôtel au bout de 2eme jour. Et là, en partant un employé nous a traité de voleur et à fouiller tous nos sacs en quête d'une soit disant paire de tong, que nous aurions volé. Pas possible de voler des tongs, des peignoirs, des serviettes de plage, car rien de tout cela n'est fourni Pas de draps, une house de couette trop petite et un dessus de lit taché pour le couchage Je déconseille de regarder sous le lit !!!!! La chambre n'a pas été faite pendant notre séjour et on nous a facturé les deux bouteilles d'eau le 2eme jour pour se rincer les dents... J'ai fait une réclamation auprès de l'hôtel mais aucune réponse à mon mail

la propreté, le manque de services affichés lors de notre réservation la fouille de nos sacs pour un vol imaginaire, une situation extrêmement déplacée

Great value for money on the edge of Kuta town.

Value for money, excellent views, good breakfast and room service. Helpful staff. Room 3&4 have the better bathroom access options.Room 1&2 are poolside but bathroom accessed from outside the bedroom.

Mosquitoes! For an hour in the evening if outside. You do need a scooter to get back into town which we expected... younger visitors probably happy to walk.

As the name says, magic ocean view! Very quite location, few rooms and a common nice pool. Very good food for breakfast and we also tried dinner. We had a very nice stay.

Only thing to be aware is the road to access the hotel is quite bumpy so need to be extra careful driving a scooter

Great for the views but not the most comfortable for an extended stay.

The staff were friendly and proactive. The main benefit of the place was the amazing view you get from the balcony across the bay particularly at sunsets. Also very handy to have breakfast delivered to your terrace.

We had been warned in reviews prior to the booking that the road is quite challenging to get there (the final 1km). Unlike most places we stayed, the room did not have a mosquito net which did keep us up at night sometimes. Also the sheets and pillow cases were a bit stained. The bathroom is not connected directly to the bedroom but has to be accessed by the terrace where others guests walk past. The shower did not have hot water and lost pressure after a short period of time (5 minutes max).

Good value, would recommend if you are willing to put up with some discomforts, mostly rough access.

The view was surely the biggest strength of this accommodation, as well as friendly staff. Location is hard to assess, it is definitely off the city centre therefore it is calm and peaceful with a nice view. You can hardly hear the daily prayers as a result of the remote location. The property could be absolutely gorgeous if they made effort in upkeeping the room's facilities (toilet, furniture etc.) all of them were due for replacement 5 years ago. The outside pool was clean, with a stunning view of the beach and city.

On the other hand the access road was absolute nightmare, we had trouble getting back to accommodation both by bike and a taxi. We visited in February so there were rains that caused the dirt road to turn to sliding mud. The rooms weren't exactly dirty and they cleaned our room on request, however we had an ants nest in a wooden roof beam right above our bed, which meant we always woke up with dead ants in our sheets and no amount of geckos in our room helped getting rid of these insects. Fortunately we had a strong anti-insecticide spray that we used on wasp nests behind and bathroom mirror/sink.

I will be back!

I have stayed in Kuta many times and always changing location, this is now my hotel of choice. the location, view, staff, value for money, everything was fantastic.

Nothing, the access road is a little rough but welcome to Lombok!

Magnificent view but many things don’t work

The view is spectacular!

A lot of basic things didn’t work. We didn’t have running water for most of our stay, the TV didn’t work and the lights on the porch were broken so we had to have dinner in darkness. the staff couldn’t fix any of these issues. we got a compensation when we checked out, which was really nice, but it’s still difficult to see how very basic things cannot work considering the price you pay.

WE Like The View, and The Pool.

Rooms Is Not really Clean, TV Was Not Working(No battery in The Remote Control) there were Coffee and Tea in The room, but nö water cattle to make hot water, and There IS No drinking water as what IS says in The booking.com. Shower Pillar was Too Close With the Plants, Tokek IS Everywhere (uncontrolable). Comunications IS Bad (Slow Respons), Breakfast Was Just As It, Nothing Special.

views are amazing but will not recommend due to the facilities and location

views, pool was good

room had insects dropped from the ceiling, bathroom was external so you had to go outside the room to access it, bathroom was open so lots of Insects ants everywhere, no hot water in the shower, toilet didn’t flush properly, no staff at reception, the worst part of my stay was the access to the hotel is via a dirt road with many potholes and not lighting, you had to walk 15 minutes on this route to get to the nearest shops.
