This fully self contained home is on the rural outskirts of Havelock North. Surrounded by orchards, this home has all the benefits of being in the country but is only 3 minutes to the centre of Havelock North Village, 10 minutes to Hastings and 20 minutes to Napier. A great central location. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are provided, along with three very generously sized bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. A large garage is also attached and available for your use. Hawkes Bay and Havelock North offers many great leisure time activities ranging from fabulous local wineries, cafes, restaurants, beaches, cycling and walking opportunities to name just a few. A great place for a family or couples to use a base to explore the Bay, or to stay put and just enjoy the country surrounds! Special conditions: Two nights minimum stay. Smoking allowed outside only. Pets by prior arrangement. Payment prior to arrival please. Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); Linen (included);

Our family enjoyed our stay.
The water had a funky smell to it.
Wasn’t to impress that we had to take our recycling away with us and strip our own beds
I thought that would come under the cleaning fee.
Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed for a long weekend visit. The location was great close to Havelock but with a rural setting. Hosts were great and we were able to bring our two dogs which was great. Accommodation was clean and well equipped. Thanks for having us.

Clean, comfortable and well set-up. Beautiful country setting surrounded by grape vines, trees and birdlife. Great location to access Havelock, Hastings and Napier. Fantastic that we could bring our dog. We would love to stay again.

We loved our stay here. Was nice and secluded but also very close to town. Rooms were very spacious and plenty of room for the kids to play around outside. Highly recommend

A great house! Had everything we needed, and was very clean & comfortable! Our dog LOVED the nearby stream & early morning walks down the country lane.

Great place to stay, big bedrooms and lovely deck to enjoy the country life on.
Great that this was a dog friendly property but a shame there wasn't any fenced-in area for them to be off lead. Otherwise perfect.

Great central location for Hawkes Bay highlights, wineries and shopping.
This house was very comfortable and accommodated 6 of us easily with a roomy living area and good heating in every room. Lovely private outside area with trees and birds.
