Villa Balchik is extremely comfortable, equipped with all necessary things for good vacation. This is nice and calm place with beautiful barbecue zone and pool. There is a lot of trees around. Owner Zoya is great heart person. House and yard are clean with many flowers around. Villa is friendly for families with kids.

English would have been a great add on. We did not know Russian/ Bulgarian and it was really difficult to communicate.

I appreciated the tranquility due to the position of the house, this being located on the hill, next to a forest. The pool and barbecue add to the things we value. The host was very kind and responsive to our needs. For those who want quiet beaches (wild) - 50 km (Ezerets), Tuzla - 45 km (partially wild). We're thinking of getting back to the area.

The refrigerator does not cool enough to keep food in the right conditions. I recommend changing it. Leaks at both bathrooms are deficient - the water stays too long without leaking. I recommend airing the house 1 day before the arrival of the customers and starting the refrigerator (it must cool down on our arrival).

The villa is very nice and the pool is big enough and clean. It is very good for a familly with kids

Keep in mind the location. You need a car to go to the center of Balchik and to the beach. Also the road to the villa is ok, but it is a black road, so if your car is of the sports type you may have some issues.

It was exactly what I was looking for, it even exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely polite and nice. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend it!
