Nestled in Belize City, this attractive bed and breakfast for £1,326 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Immerse yourself in the beauty and elegance of this private island sanctuary. Little Peter Oasis’ guest house is a luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath thatch roof, over water bungalow. Sleeps (4) comfortable. The house is fully furnished with solid mahogany floors and furniture throughout. A well-stocked, well appointed island style kitchen with granite counter tops will be the focal point as your private chef will prepare 3 gourmet meals a day for you and your guest(s). With over 1500 square feet of decking, this tropical oasis has its very own 30-foot deep protected blue lagoon which is illuminated with blue LED lighting at night. The main family room area has (2) 12-foot wide door openings welcoming warm tropical breezes and 360 degree million dollar views of the Caribbean and Mayan Mountain range. This private island home is situated on approximately 3 acres with world class snorkeling right out your back door and the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world just a short boat ride away. Guests will have the entire island to themselves and the rental fee includes, meals and beverages, local alcohol along with your own personal concierge, your own private chef and 2 caretakers. Adults and children ages 5 and up welcome.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We got off the plane in Belize and we went through customs. It was such a relief to see someone (Emilio) there looking for us. He walked us through everything and we really no longer had to think about how we are getting to the island, it was all handled from there! Once we arrived on the island, everyone was there to greet us and welcome us! Our experience was amazing and pure paradise. The food was SO much more than we expected, we were given a menu that had something’s on it like lobster, steak, etc. But once we got to know the chef (Albert) he made every meal custom to us, and recommended certain dishes. Not one meal was disappointing. Everything we ate was fresh, and caught the day of or the day before. The food was immaculate!!! So good, my husband had Albert teach him how to make tortillas from scratch! We did so much snorkeling in front of the bungalow and around the whole island we saw nurse sharks, stingrays, etc. We also kayaked, so much fun! Everyone was so kind, not only the staff on the island but the massage ladies that came as well! Manny planned it all, all we had to do was tell him a day in advance. Larry made us some special drinks throughout our stay, and made the excursions so fun! We had rough waves coming off the island, but Manny handled it so well and is such a great captain! Stress free experience! Thank you to Jason for all the communication and helping us it was absolutely amazing!

The island is beautiful!
And the owners made making the reservations and travel to the island incredibly easy.
We did have disappointments:
We were asked to complete "preference sheets" for the food. We were excited to have a menu that appeared to be somewhat customized to the preference sheets we completed. However, as soon as we arrived on the island we were presented with a standard menu for the island. The menu was incredibly limited and felt like a sports bar menu. This should definitely be communicated and posted on the site to allow guests to decide if this menu is acceptable for the entire stay as you are on an island and do not have other options for dining.
As for snacks we were provided with 3 cans of Pringles, 2 bags of Lays and nuts
The site lists paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing as activities that can be done on the island. Our expectation was that we could do these activities together. However, the island has one paddle board. And that paddle board is in terrible shape with exposed fiberglass covering the board.
Communication on the site details that you can fish on the island, however, there will be a charge if you are taken fishing by a third party. We went fishing for not even an hour with the island staff and they were going to charge us a fee. However, they did not tell us this prior to going fishing. It was listed on our expenses as we were leaving.

Everybody there were very friendly and did everything they could do to ensure our stay was wonderful.

From start to finish, everything about our stay at LPO was truly amazing! Jason is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, willing to help make the most out of your vacation, and well connected to other opportunities to explore in the amazing country of Belize! My husband, twin 7.5 yo boys and myself were fortunate to spend my 50th birthday on this unforgettable island. We arrived by helicopter, were treated like family by Albert, Larry, Alvin and Manny, and immersed in incredible beauty during our stay. Being true nature lovers, the abundant life on land and at sea that you could experience right from the island were amazing! What truly enhanced our experience were the amazing conversations and lovely connections we made with the staff on the island. They are incredible people with kind hearts. My family and I truly made memories that will last our lifetimes and are hoping that we can visit again sometime in the future. If you get the opportunity to visit, you will never regret it! You will be looking forward to the next time that you can return...

If it were possible to give this property more than 5 stars I would. We came here on a family girls trip - two moms and two adult daughters. Every single thing about our stay on Little Peter Oasis was incredible from beginning to end. I found myself crying tears of joy multiple times throughout the week and tears of sadness on the boat ride back to the mainland. The entire experience left us feeling like VIP. Manny, Albert and Larry were excellent in every way and made each day perfect for us. They go above and beyond to be sure you are happy. We opted for a few excursions from the island where the guys accompany you like island hopping with Manny, snorkeling off a sand bar with Larry & Albert, and fishing with Manny & Larry. We loved the opportunity to see more of the islands of Belize as well as the beautiful underwater sights while snorkeling. Kayaking around the island and exploring from the sand bar around the lagoon are definitely recommended as well. There are beautiful shells to be found in addition the beautiful conch shells the guys gave us as a parting gift.
Chef Albert’s food is always delicious and Larry’s drinks are perfection. We had lobster every day! You can tell these guys take a lot of pride in what they do. All of the staff work non-stop to make this place what it is - a dream! The special dinner and bonfire put together for us out by the tiki hut one night was SO special.
The bedding is super comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedrooms on especially warm nights is cold, and the water pressure in the shower is great. You can spend so much time watching for bird and marine life off the sun deck as there is never a shortage to be seen. If you wish to escape real life and recharge in a place where you can be just as happy swimming in the private lagoon as you can going out on an excursion then book it now. You won’t be sorry you chose Little Peter Oasis. Jason, Manny and the team truly have something special here. Thank you guys so much for everything. We are really grateful to be a part of the Little Peter family!
P.S. Make sure you budget for gratuity at the end of your trip. You can leave cash or put it on a credit card. These guys earn every penny and you will want to give them something special.

Beautiful Anniversary Stay
Jason's property is beautiful! The weather said it was to rain everyday.. it never did. Everyday was just snorkle, kayak, eat, rest & relaxation. The stars at night are as clear as I have ever seen. Kevin, Salvador, and AL made sure we had all we needed. At the same time they did a great job leaving us to enjoy. We felt alone unless we needed them which was great. Thanks so much! The bedding and mattress are soft. And I love birds so my favorite thing was the nesting Osprey to right of the house. Manny collected us at the marina so we could do a covid test before delivering us to the airport. Over all a very good anniversary trip!

Perfect and Private
Manny and the entire staff were great! They took us to King Lewey's where we enjoyed drinks while swinging over the ocean and we enjoyed fishing with Captain B. Most importantly we enjoyed the amazing views and the privacy that let us unwind and get away from the rest of the world.

Amazing Island Oasis
We loved staying at Little Peter's Oasis! Everything was beyond my expectations 360 views of the ocean, immaculate island and home with an exceptional staff. We spent our trip snorkeling in the reef all around the island, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing on the deck. Our concierge Manny surprised us each day with excursions close to the island and even took us to a nearby island bar. The private chef Oren wowed us each day with local creative dishes.
This was truly an amazing vacation, having your own private island is something everyone experience!

The island and staff were fantastic! The island was very secluded so it was nice to get away and there were plenty of activities to take advantage of on the island. The water was crystal clear all the way to to the bottom of the ocean and the view of the stars at night were fantastic. We saw at least 5-6 shooting stars while sitting on the back deck relaxing. During the day we went paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, (we caught a bunch of lobsters, conch and fish), spear fishing and soaked up the rays. It was great to putt on the putting green before dinner and nice and relaxing to lay on the hammocks. We also went to shore one day and hiked through the jungle to an amazing waterfall. The staff was very professional and the food was great! This is a can't miss vacation! I will be definitely be going back!

Our trip to Little Peter Oasis was a dream vacation. The professional staff met our every need. The acomadations were very comfortable and there is no other place as beautiful. I highly recommend a visit. I can't wait to return. There is so much to see and do, we just ran out of days to do it.

One of the most amazing experiences of my life.
Little Peter Oasis has stolen my heart! From start to finish everything was perfect, literally. If you think the photos look good, just wait until you experience this adventure for your self. You will discover that the photos don't come close to doing this property justice. From the moment we arrived on the island we were well taken care of. Manny, the island boss, did a fantastic job of ensuring our stay was one we will never forget. Manny took us to some really awesome places to snorkel on the reef each day. Manny and the others also helped us spear fish and lobster so that Chef Orin could work his magic in the kitchen to prepare a fresh meals for us in the evening. Orin's cooking was something to look forward to in itself. He truly has a passion for cooking and created a fantastic menu for our entire stay. Each person always cleared their plate. Manny is a fantastic boat driver and island care taker. We always felt safe and well taken care of by all of the island staff. On our last day, Manny even went out of his way to go find fresh coconuts for us to make fresh rum drinks with! Each day we snorkeled in front of the house and relaxed. It's nice to take advantage of the paddle board and kayaks since, everything is so convenient. I would recommend only bringing a small suit case, we were in our bathing suit everyday, all day. We only used our shoes to get to the island and when we left, no need for anything but a smile, bathing suit, and rum. We can not wait for the next time we plan a trip to Little Peter Oasis. A secluded paradise
I had a wonderful time at Little Peter Oasis. I have never been able to unplug and totally relax like I did during my week on the island. From snorkeling to lounging in the waterside hammocks to enjoying the wonderful fresh food prepared by Chef Oren, everything about this trip was not only peaceful, but top notch. In addition to the amenities, the natural beauty of the island and the friendly service of the local Mayan staff truly made the trip. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing PRIVATE island!
I have never written a HomeAway review before, but felt compelled to after spending 7 days on this island. From the moment you arrive the entire staff makes you feel at home by welcoming you. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The house is extremely comfortable and the dock is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. I have never had a more relaxing vacation in my life. The island itself is nothing short of amazing. I have never seen water as clear and turquoise before, even in Hawaii. I couldn't believe there was snorkeling right of the dock! Our tour guide, Manny, took us snorkeling and scuba diving numerous times and was so friendly and accommodating. Our chef, Oren, prepared every meal from scratch. The food was absolutely amazing and authentic. I cannot wait to plan my next trip back!!

The Perfect Balance of Privacy and Adventure!
My wife and I recently spent a week on Little Peter for our honeymoon. We could not have imagined a better trip! From start to finish we were treated like celebrities! Our private chef (Oren) prepared some of the tastiest meals we've ever had. The concierge was very fun and took us scuba diving, fishing, and even showed us how to catch lobster and conch! The island and house are absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking and the water is crystal clear with amazing coral and tropical fish. This is the perfect place to go if you want to truly feel "off the grid." We are already trying to schedule another trip!

Very beautiful and relaxing place to be.
I never want to leave here! That is the feeling I had while spending my vacation on Little Peter Caye. Pictures don’t do any justice. The island is even more beautiful in person! What really stood out for me was how nice the staff was from the moment we arrived at the airport until we step foot on the island. The island was well manicured and the house was first class! Our private chef Oren cooked incredible meals daily. He had recipes like Plantain sandwiches that were incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone! Trevor
