About this condo rental
This slopeside, top floor residence features a luxurious, mountain-modern interior, vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with Wolfe and Subzero appliances, 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, a gas fireplace and washer/dryer. One Village Place guests receive VIP/private access to the main gondola (winter). Guests will enjoy birds-eye Village, gondola and mountain views from the terrace as well as the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more. Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed. Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage. TOT:81905

We had a very peaceful 2 night stay during the first weekend of June 2022. This lodging was exactly what we had hoped for... a gorgeous 3 bedroom unit in a premium unit in a very quiet section of the Village.
The kitchen had plenty of bowls, plates, silverware, and glasses. If you like to cook, there are plenty of pots, pans, and small kitchen appliances. I recommend bringing some food with you unless you plan to eat out during your entire stay. We brought our own panini maker and enjoyed a hot lunch. We also brought a one day supply of breakfast food. There's lots of space in the fridge!
My only complaint is that the two king beds were a bit uncomfortable. We thought they were too hard. But the kids enjoyed their bunk beds which had softer mattresses.
I loved relaxing on the balcony as well as on the couch with the gas fireplace burning.
The front desk staff (in the checkin building) was super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed stopping by to talk with them a couple of times.

Above the Gondola
Fantastic location on the top floor of the Gondola building. Ski storage in the Gondola area on the main floor. Super convenient with underground parking and luggage carts galore. Huge rooms with high ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace. Kitchen great and modern bit oven gave us some difficulty with perceived accuracy of the temperature settings. Altogether a great place to stay for a week of skiing and winter fun.
