Martina and Jerry were amazing. They were welcoming and helpful but never interfered. The fresh clams and mussel’s for a dinner were perfect. The home is so comfortable and accommodating and it was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect and the views were calming, relaxing and surreal. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Martina and God Bless

We came to New Quay to wind down after our daughters wedding in Spanish Point and this was the perfect place to do it. House was a great fit for a large group of 8 adults and 4 kids. House was warm, clean and very comfortable - ideal place to get away from it all. Beautiful location and even the mixed weather didn't detract from our enjoyment of the place. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect property in a peaceful location
Perfect property in a peaceful location
We rented this property for our 2 families with kids aged between 6 and 12. There were 9 of us in total and we found the property very spacious with all bedrooms very large and ample storage space and very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The property was spotlessly clean and very tastefully appointed very comfortable beds and beautiful views from both inside and outside the house. A quiet location but there is a lovely pub and restaurant within a few minutes walk that also does takeaway and beautiful walks, art gallery, veg shop, fresh fish shop and ice cream shop within the locality. Martina was an excellent host and I would highly recommend this property for a family holiday.

Martina’s house was perfect for our group of 12 friends. It’s a lovely modern build with amazing views from the back patio. The kitchen offers plenty of utilities and utensils great for at-home cooking and the barbecue went down a real treat! It was very easy getting in touch with Martina and she offered plenty of recommendations for various beaches, activities and restaurants nearby which we loved. Thank you for the stay Martina, it was one for the books!
