Leuk appartement maar de ze snappen niet wat gastvrijheid betekent

Leuk ingericht appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is mooi en gedeeld met een aantal andere appartementen.

Het was niet zo gastvrij en schoon…. De bank in het appartement was erg vies, vol donkere, gore vlekken. Daar hebben we bij aankomst meteen melding van gemaakt en daar werd niet zo goed mee omgegaan. Volgens de accommodatie hadden we tot 24 uur na aankomst de tijd om zelf ons paspoort te registreren. De tijd was nog lang niet voorbij maar het management vond het nodig om ons om half 8 s’ochtends uit bed te appen en meteen te gaan dreigen met 1000 euro boete ruim 10 uur voor de deadline. Ik vond dat allerminst getuigen van gastvrijheid en heb ze daar ook op aangesproken. Daar werd wederom niet goed op gereageerd. Vervolgens had het management de brutaliteit om expliciet te vragen naar een beoordeling van een 9 of hoger omdat het anders een negatief effect zou hebben op hun diensten. De reacties op klachten van het management waren enkel in het Spaans (behalve als ze iets van je willen, dan kan het wel in het Engels) en niemand heeft de moeite genomen om even een handje te komen schudden en naar de vieze bank te komen kijken of excuses aan te bieden.

We had a fantastic time in Ronda and were very happy with where we stayed.

Fantastic location at the edge of the old city.

It would have been nice to have some maps and other information available in the apartment. The apartment at the front is noisy with cars and motorcycles zooming by. Try and reserve a unit in the back if possible

Ruim appartement

Ruim appartement met alle facciliteiten aanwezig.

Het zwembad was klein en erg koud. Geen schoonmaak, wat opzich niet erg is bij een verblijf van 5 dagen, waarbij het was ons onbekend waar we hef afval konden laten, dit stond dus 5 dagen in het appartement.

Three Nights in Ronda

The location was perfect for us. Very quiet but a pleasant walk to the main sites. Great restaurants, bakeries etc nearby. Also the bed was super comfy!

Charming apartment with a beautiful garden.

The apartment was very nice with a beautiful garden and pool. Located just outside of the city center with free street parking. The neighborhood was very peaceful and serene. We really enjoyed our stay here.

There was no full body mirror.

dificuldades a resolver pequenos problemas: wifi code, how to unlock the electric cooker. I would suggest that the water dropping from the ar con system could easily be redirected to the gutter, for the benefit of your guests and of your property.

Beautiful apartment in a great area of Ronda.

Excellent, loved the accommodation, will definitely stay next time we’re in Ronda. Very spacious, comfortable furniture and beds. great shower. Really well decorated. Excellent area, close to tourist attractions. Also went for a run and explore of surrounding area. Loved the pool and garden area, even went for an ice dip each day, in the pool.

Theres a few places where the paint / internal plaster has chipped, this hasn’t affected our stay, but would more be encase it seemed like we / the guest damaged the property. (Great stay, really would recommend).

Exceptional

My apartment was charming, clean, comfortable and made my stay in Ronda extra special. I would not look anywhere else for accomodation the next time I come up to Ronda. The owners have exceptional eyes for detail which makes the difference between a good stay, and a great stay.

extraordinary authentic property - a real sense of history in Ronda's casco histórico

had an amazing ambience - a real sense of Ronda's history... an extraordinary conversion of an old property making it comfortable without losing its authenticity the WiFi was very fast, bed and sheets were top quality and peaceful sleep as an internal courtyard room!!!

Lovely apartment, parking easy enough nearby. Perfect distance from the centre to be easily accessible on foot while being away from the busy center of Ronda.

Cosy rooms and courtyard a short walk from Ronda bridge

Beautiful and cosy house and courtyard. Close to restaurants, bakery and playground for children. Beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to Ronda bridge and its viewpoint.

Hard to find parking when returning to the house on a weekend evening. A bit dusky lighting in the house.

Perfect and wished it was for longer

we arrived very tired from our daughters 3 day wedding in Cartama and it was the perfect retreat. beautifully furnished and clean, the bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the shower and pool. it seemed that everything had been thought of. A hidden gem, a short walk from the centre in a quiet location.

Perfecto!

A beautifully authentic apartment in a quiet complex of 4-5 apartments. We loved the decor, the facilities and the courtyard and pool area. The aircon was great in the height of summer. Perfect location too to explore Ronda. Loved the nearby restaurants in San Fransisco square. Nearby supermarket too. Parking was closeby and free. The staff were great helping us get a taxi when we didn't speak Spanish.

A charming apartment from which to explore Ronda

Our host kindly 'upgraded' us to one of the upper story apartments in this sympathetically refurbished period house on the main western approach to Ronda's old town, just 250m. outside the medieval gateway. A nearby cobbled side street offered the opportunity of free parking. The apartment's charm was accentuated by original features such as unglazed terracotta floor tiles and the original entrance way, these were complimented by tasteful furnishings. The apartment was well equipped with household necessities. There was a small private terrace in addition to the communal courtyard/garden with its 3m square 'plunge' pool.

Cosy stay just outside old Ronda

The apartment had everything you might need in terms of basic food items and equipment. Nice interior design and patio.

Quirky apartment near Ronda Old Town

Quirky apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Felt part of the community rather than a tourist. Close to local bars, restaurants, a wonderful bakery and the Old Town Wall entrance. Great walk in shower with plenty of hot water and comfy, king sized bed. Good quality bedding and towels. We slept well. Loved the outside spaces, although given the weather, we weren't able to use them as much as we would have liked.

Didn't know that we had to request the ramp for the front step; getting my husband's mobility scooter in the front door was tricky. Once inside, every where is good level access. No light in the entrance area, made opening the door to the apartment difficult after dark. Even a torch would help. No English TV. Not generally a problem on holiday, but the cool weather kept us in at night more than usual.

Amazing appartement and location!

Amazing apartment, we had room number 2 and loved the interior and also loved the garden outside. It is very spacious and a very beautiful interior. Best stay in Andalusia so far! Location was also great!

We found quite some hairs when we arrived so cleaning could be a bit improved but the owners are new and very open to feedback so I am sure this will improve!

Complete apartment in nice surrounding

Nice apartment within complex with multiple apartments. A lot of facilities available within the apartment. Garden with small pool, sofa's, beds, chairs and tables. Easy check-in with code on door, key in lockers and digital registration. Host available for questions and quick in response. Walk to the old city is not that far away and in the surrounding of the apartment a lot of facilities available like restaurants, bars, bakery and markets.

Free parking available in the surrounding of the apartment, but it is possible that you have to walk 10 minutes when no parking is available in the area.
