The Nest is just minutes from Historic downtown Beaufort , also just a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, This loft style apartment has an open sleeping and living area, with a fully stocked kitchen and dining nook, full size bathroom. The king size pillow top mattress is perfect for a peaceful nights sleep. The sofa pulls out to a queen size serta sleeper. enjoy movies on the 32" flat screen tv with netflix and internet connection.Relax with a cool drink on your porch and listen to the birds sing, take a stroll to neighborhood shops and restaurants or bike the amazing Spanish Moss trail on the two seated bike provided , fish or crab from the Port Royal Pier , put your boat in and experience the low country from the water or simply sit and soak up the sun at Sands beach all this and more in the charming seaside town of Port Royal. Overall the property was nice, it was clean and close to Marine base where we went for a graduation. Only complaint is the people who rented below us were very loud, running back and forth , hammering at one point sounded like they were drilling. After second night of listening to it my husband went down to see what was going on and there were about 20 people in there with a bunch of kids running in the house. Other than that it was very pleasant

My partner and I stayed from December 13-15. We were freezing the entire time. The WiFi barely worked. The towels smelled horrible and were stained. The second night I took a shower and the water was freezing cold. I contacted the property manager. When explaining to her that I have an autoimmune issue and was freezing and both the heat and backup electric heater weren’t working, she cut me off very rudely and doubted that I had the heat on correctly. She came over and saw that it was actually set correctly but it wasn’t working. So, she plugged in the backup electric heater. She kept insisting it would work. But, it never did and my partner and I froze the entire night. She did give us extra blankets but it was just way too many. Overall, I am not happy with my stay and won’t be returning.

We had a chance to see our son that has been on Parris Island since May, he is injured and has not been able to complete boot camp. The apartment was just perfect for my husband and myself.

We visited for our grandson’s USMC boot camp graduation at Parris Island. The location was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants. Minutes to the events on Pattis Island. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding that was held two blocks from this property. The location was great and the studio apartment was just what we needed for our two nights.

Quick ride to Paris island. Only took about 45 to Hilton head when we decided to go to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Place was perfect. Nice quite neighborhood.

Very nice studio-ish upper. Stairs especially with luggage, as mentioned in listing could be an issue for mobility challenged. Very comfortable temperature controls in the rental.

Absolutely loved this home. “The Nest” is pretty, cheerful .. and so cozy. It was nice to come “home” after a day exploring Port Royal/Beaufort. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Phoebe has many little extra touch's all around The Nest that make it that much nicer. This home is close to the water and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. I loved sitting out on the deck early in the morning, listening to the birds and just taking it all in. We plan on returning, we’d like to live in the area. We will definitely stay at The Nest again! Thank you, Phoebe!

Boyfriend and I planned a random trip to the beach and so glad we found this cozy little spot called THE NEST!! Definitely wouldn’t mind booking here again ❤️

A great space for couple or in our case, mom & child. Listing was accurate, pictures recent. Host was easy to communicate with. Property close to lots of attractions; Sands Beach, Beaufort, Penn Center, Hunting Island. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Bed was great with plenty of room for the two of us. Drawbacks lacking of hand towels in the bathroom, TV stations would cut out due to weak signal. Couldn’t get Netflix to work. We brought our own fire stick so that was the only way to watch TV. Pheobe was receptive to our needs and will look into the problems we had.

Enjoyed our visit to Port Royal. The Nest was a very cute place. Bed was really comfortable and the place was very clean and quiet! Had a great time and enjoyed nearby restaraunt Coffee Shop and Brewery!

This beautiful place was located in the perfect area, walking distance to sands Beach and a beautiful walkway with crocodiles and turtles, Local coffee shop and pizza. Highly recommend for a couple coming in for a relaxing get away or in our case our nephews graduation from Marine Boot camp. If we ever came back into town this would be our place to stay! You will not regret your decision to book this cute place.

Was described as listed. Very nice, clean property. Easy to find and close to multiple places. Our trip was specifically to ride our bikes on the Spanish Moss Trail and we could ride from the place easily. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

I needed time away from being a full time caregiver and the Nest was the perfect respite for me. It’s so peaceful, quiet, calming, and the perfect little space for what I needed. The decor colors are so cheery and happy. The little porch was perfect for Bible study time. We never moved the car. We could walk to restaurants, boutiques, and breweries. The Nest was perfect!

Very nice little apartment, had everything we needed in a home away from home! Home owners were very nice and always returned messages right away, our son graduated from marine corp and it was super close to get there! Thank you so very much for everything! Would definitely stay again!!

Senior citizens that love to travel but due to our age, we must pick sites that have guided tours. We enjoyed both the buggy tour and the boat tours. I can never see enough of Nature and we saw many dolphins.
