Gorgeous big house perfect for big groups or families
Big spacious areas and great sized bedrooms
One fan in the upstairs living didn’t work so was a bit stuffy

Good
It was very cold with minimum heating options or spare bedding. There were multiple notes throughout the apartments explaining how minor infractions (such as moving furniture) would result in fines. This was unnecessary as is explained in the terms and conditions and frankly gives an uncomfortable feel.

Huge, comfortable and modern home nearby the beach with amazing ocean views.
Large, modern house with huge decks enjoying besutiful views. Great location, walk to the beach, shops and pub.
No air conditioning.

Fantastic location, great living areas, for a group of friends to walk to all we needed in Yamba.
Location was excellent. Spaces were large and great for a group. Beds comfortable. Furniture was very good. Great outlook. Great roomy deck.
The house floors and surfaces and bathrooms were clean, but some windows were very dirty, one was broken, cobwebs inside not cleaned. Floors and carpets tired. BBQ upstairs tired and not working.
