"A disappointing stay at this outdated place with poor cleanliness standards.

Location

We recently stayed at this place and found it to be extremely outdated. The lack of cleanliness was quite evident, with dust accumulated all over the place. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and it seemed like they had not been cleaned in years. The floors had not been vacuumed, and the blankets were dirty to the point where we did not feel comfortable using them. Despite communicating with the staff, the only response we received was an apology that was not followed up with any action. Additionally, we noticed a raccoon around the windows throughout the night. The beds on the third floor were uncomfortable, making our stay even more unpleasant. Overall, our experience was horrible, and it is baffling why people would charge others for such below-standard quality.

Would have been nice if it had been cleaned before we arrived.

Location was great

the fries in the couch. Bed was slept in. Bath towels from previous tenants still on floor. Had to do laundry and make bed before we slept. Master bedroom leaked. Seemed to had not been swept. Oreos on floor. Nasty grill. No paper towels or garbage bags.

The beautiful creek and wifi.

Water leak stains on ceiling on the ground floor...mildew on skylight...speaker system going off making random noises for no reason....lights blown out in multiple rooms with no spares...carpet tack strip is exposed on the ground floor which ripped my foot open day#1...light switch feel off in the bedroom on the left when you first come into the house...

Had a great family visit.

Within walking distance of the sugar mountain ski resort! Which was unfortunately necessary because of the bad weather and my sedan small car. Very cozy. Pretty views. Secluded

We had to fix a few things personally while residing. replaced some light bulbs in jacuzzi room, fixed the water heater, plugged the tv into the correct connection for satellite. Ect. Didn't like removing our own trash. The dishes were nasty in cabinets.
