Spacious clean rooms. Our daughter enjoyed the trampoline outside. There was a shared living room with kitchenette and drinks. The owners are very dedicated and friendly people. Ms Caroline is a wonderful host. Very nice breakfast buffet.

i was searching for a personalised bed and breakfast kind of property to spend our anniversary in close to the seaside and this location and property ticked all the boxes. Beautiful homely stay with a luxurious feel and very kind and caring hosts.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. We travelled with our own car, so access to the beach, Oostende and Brugges were straightforward. Brugges only 15 minutes by train from Oostende. Nice safe area for the kids to play.

very comfortable spacious room and bathroom. Incredibly friendly and a really good breakfast. Easy parking and much nicer than being right in the town.

Rooms are very clean and spacious.
There is enough entertainment for a rainy day: billiard and football tables.
The beach is within walking distance - 20 minutes away from the property.
Simple and delicious breakfast is served every morning.
The minibar is filled with chilled beverages. (2-3 euro per non-alcoholic drink and wine and cava cost a few euro more)
You can have a tea/coffee in the common area, but it is a bit pricey giving the fact you have to prepare it and then wash and clean the dishes and the kitchen. At this property it costs 2.30 Euro but for less than 3 euro, you can have one on a nice terrace along the beach.

Caroline and Luc made everything possible to make our stay perfect. Since the moment we checked in until the time of departure everything was perfect. Thank you once more. A nice surprise also awaited us as well for my wife’s birthday. Thank you so much it was very kind of you.
Nothing actually. Unlucky to go with COVID measures and not be able to enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet...

The hotel, and the surrounding area is very quiet (although close to the airport). The apartment we stayed in was very cosy and spacious. There is everyhing you need. The owners are very friendly and nice. They let us to put our bikes in their garage. Fully recommend for a short or longer stay. The covid restrictions didn't bother us that much.
