Hi ! I just stayed for a night. Location was very quiet. No noice pollution. Staff was friendly. Mr Sameer, was very friendly and extremely good care taker. Food was great. Room was clean. Everything was just superb. I would certainly visit again.

room was small and can accommodate couple only . I had to book another rooms for 2 kids . this was supposed to mention in booking and this made my trip costly .

Rooms were very clean. The location is also good. Entire staff is very humble. Highly recommended for family and stags. We did not have our vehicle but the manager connected us with a very good cab with decent rates. They did not gave any 'gentle reminders' to checkout. We played cricket, table tennis and did cycling.

It's on a remote location. If you want to go out for a dinner or drinks, it's better to have your personal vehicle. It's difficult to find public transport from there.

Location was really cool & calm, rooms very clean& tidy with very good light and air something which I use verify while selecting accommodation.

Suggest to start in house kitchen and addition of dishes in breakfast

Conveniently located on Old Mumbai-Pune road, away from the chaos of Lonavala and very easy to find using Maps. Also, property manager Mr. Yashwant gave ample guidance about how to reach the property. Caretaker Mr. Dinesh is welcoming and accommodated our request of late checkout, right away. He has done a good job maintaining the property (rooms as well as the common areas and surroundings) The villas have self contained air conditioned rooms with common kitchen and living room. Bathroom was pretty clean. Kitchen was equipped with refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, water cooler, crockery, cutlery and some utensils. We can cook whatever we want. Living room is spacious, with a small terrace and has a couch, dining table and television. There is a small pool. Although not big enough for 'swimming', it's perfect for relaxation. Though we didn't use, there were other facilities too, like bicycles, table tennis and washing machine for clothes. The villas are a part of a bigger project so you can stroll through the entire area. It is huge and surrounded by trees all over. It is really a nice getaway from your busy routine. Will be more enjoyable if you have a group of friends or family. 35-40 people could be easily accommodated. Plenty of food joints (Dhaba) available in the vicinity. But having your own vehicle is necessary since finding transport will be an issue due to the location.

Free WiFi mentioned, was unavailable Free Breakfast, though tasty, was lacking options. We could only have tea with poha/upma/sheera (any one at one time). Couple of options like bread butter/jam or eggs/omelette would have been nice. Television only has the Tata Sky channels. So nothing really to watch on TV, unless you are willing to pay. Since the villas are part of a project spread over a huge area, it could get lonely (and probably scary too!) at nights, if you are the only ones staying there. Only one person (not the caretaker) is present in the villas at night. After payment at the property, caretaker doesn't give any receipt or bill.
