We came to see a football match at the Amex stadium, location was brilliant, right by the train station where we could get a 10 min train ride to the stadium. Parking was also really convenient and secure. Hotel was modern and vibrant, staff were really friendly and accommodating, room was great; comfy beds and lots of space. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price, price was great value.
Nothing.

Nice comfy bed, clean room
Noisy, window didn't seem to close or was very thin, could hear conversations at all times of the night. No bottles or cans of water, for the price I paid, I'd expect that in the room at least.

The location and breakfast were both good.
The sheets had bits of dirt and cobwebs over them and no car park.

Excellent service from front house staff, check in and out were easy and efficient. Good size room, great location but without much traffic noise
The window felt like it was single pane, you can feel the cold air coming through the window, chilling the room

Great location and good facilities. The room was great and clean. Nice lobby and bar area.
Restaurant was not that good. I was the only diner and by the time the food arrived it wasn’t that good. It had been under the hot plate too long. I actually think they forged I was there

The breakfast it just a bit down to last yer
Also ther was delay to fill up when was finished on the place.
the children's bed not comfortable, which means the sofa bed, can be improve if it is possible.
Also it should be having small fridge in the room to keeping cold water.

The hotel is less then a 15 walk to the beach and only 3 minutes to the railway station.
If driving down from the M23 / A23 you will avoid the last mile in to the heart of Brighton and it’s packed roads.
The hotel is very modern and has many food and drink options located on the ground floor. The bed and room was very comfortable with lots of space to move around
Also a 24/7 supermarket is located immediately at the front of Brighton railway station.
The main taxi rank is on the left hand side of the hotel entrance and you will never wait for one to arrive because at least a dozen are waiting in a holding pen in front of the car park.
The breakfast room at 9 o’clock on Monday morning was a complete joke with tables not cleaned from previous customers, no eggs No bacon no sausage no hash browns no fresh fruit no orange juice No bakery items just bread that when using the toaster took 3 attempts to brown up just a big pot of baked beans and some rubber type scrambled egg and tomato where sitting on the serving area and about 15 or so people waiting In line for at lest 6/7 minutes waiting for food to.arrive.
I spoke to Fiona the duty manager and sheqR said it was the start of the school holidays and that to many people arriving at the same time but we sat in the breakfast room for At lest an hour and people where arriving all the time and the Queue reminded the same for the full hour with very little staff members running around to help the situation.
Also check in was very slow even with3 people on the reception desk.
The hotel as no car park of its own so you must use the station car park with a discount BUT what a nightmare to use the QR code you almost have to tell your life story to register and pay and 1 day is not 24 hours it is only until 03.59 in the morning so you have to pay for 2 days for you overnight stay at the hotel.

Room was good and beds comfortable
Took 45 minutes to check in as hotel said they couldn't find our booking from booking.com.
Went for breakfast but hotel hadn't added our breakfast booking so waited another 10 minutes at reception to sort this out. Constant wait for breakfast food to be put out at serve yourself buffet breakfast. Majority of staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

The property itself is awesome. Super modern and fun.

Great hotel for travelling with 10 year old children. Reception staff very friendly and efficient
Room was a little noisy but not a huge problem. WE were unable to take advantage of our kind complimentary drinks as the bar was not staffed.

Bed was v comfy and a good selection of pillows makes the Leonardo stand out
TV was broken due to the aerial cable being bust and the curtains were broken so they didn’t close properly. This should have been spotted and sorted out before the hotel let someone into that room

Clean and good location. Bed very comfortable
Breakfast starts at 6.30am but half the cooked breakfast was not out and ready.

The range of breakfast was amazing - for all types of foods. Also brilliant to see the inclusivity and diversity of staff and the enjoyment they appeared to have in their work. Such a refreshing experience all round. Thank you.

The bed was really hard.
An extra half an hour on the breakfast serving time on a Monday would have made a big difference.
