This elegant 4 bedroom 4 bath farmhouse sits on almost an acre of secluded woodland in the artistic community of East Hampton Springs close to the Jackson Pollack home. Within walking distance of Gardiner's Bay and the Peconic Estuary, it is an ideal place for families to unwind. This farm house is transformed throughout the day by the gorgeous light that enters through the many windows throughout its one and two storied spaces. The master bedroom suite is spacious and has its own newly renovated bathroom. Three guest bedrooms upstairs and optional sleeping in the separate downstairs den are available to sleep 10 people comfortably. The open chef's kitchen is newly renovated and opens to a fabulous dining room with Pottery Barn furnished large wooden table and rattan chairs that are perfect for entertaining. The dining room opens to an outdoor deck (complete with a gas grill) and large pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The front porch is ideal for quiet contemplation. More quiet than East Hampton proper, Springs is a lovely neighborhood, a perfect escape to quiet serenity that is still a short drive to the town or to the main beaches. Walk or bike to enjoy the quiet beaches of Gardiner's Bay where you can kayak and swim and the views are unrivaled. Additional amenities include beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, pool floaties, and an outdoor dining table. The house was on a great street , quiet and pretty. Front porch was a great spot for morning coffee and reading. Pool with deck furniture was awesome. Kitchen well stocked, sleeping comfortable. Owner was friendly and helpful. WiFi cuts out often , my daughter who was working on vacation had to leave early due to WiFi otherwise would recommend .

Hamptons Retreat
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was accommodating and the owner was very responsive throughout the entire process of renting. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Lovely and Spacious home
We all really enjoyed ourselves and Ken the host was very attentive. The location is great! We were able to enjoy the lovely pool, beach, bike riding and great restaurants. The house is well stocked with anything you could need and very homey. We had a great BBQ around the pool for the 4th that we were able to make quite pretty with their outdoor dishes! It was so nice to be in a home that we could tell is well loved by the owners. We would highly recommend this house and would love to return ourselves someday.

Owner was very attentive and answered any any all questions. The property was clean and well laid out. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. I was very impressed with the equipment provided in the kitchen as well as the generous supply of condiments and spices . It made it feel like home from the minute we arrived. Rooms were spacious and well appointed.
The pool was delightful with plenty of seating and pool floats and it had latched gates to prevent little ones from entering on their own.
Owners thoughtfully supplied beach towels and plenty of linens. Truly this house has everything you might need!

This property enjoys the tender loving care of its owner. It is beautifully appointed with everything a guest could need or want. The kitchen has all of the utensils, spices, condiments, etc. ready for ease of cooking. The living spaces make it perfect for a large group. I highly recommend this home.

The house was lovely, open interior, lots of windows and sunshine. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance/gadget/utensil you could want. The owners thought of everything down to hats incase you forgot one! We would reccomend this house to anyone.

Perfect house for a family vacation
A great house in a private quiet neighborhood made for a wonderful family getaway. The pool was so nice we never really went to the beach. Great kitchen and family room, this house had everything we were looking for and then some. Wonderful amenities and personal touches were very thoughtful and appreciated.

We love to cook and to our surprise the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything from pots, utensils to the fully stocked spice rack. That made our experience so much more delightful. We even had some beer and snacks left for our enjoyment. Thank you Ken. The house is spacious enough and yet worm and cozy. Everybody could find a space to be and we did not feel our kids to be on top of our heads at any time. Location is perfect on a quite street easy for biking and short distance from the beach, stores, cafes. Owner provided bikes which is unusual but greatly appreciated and helpful. Amazing Springs Rental with All Amenities
My family of four, and friends, have enjoyed this house the last two summers. It has all of the comforts of home, in a beautifully appointed setting. The house is well equipped with quality furnishings, and well maintained. The Springs are quiet and relaxing, but a short distance from the hustle and bustle of East Hampton, and a short drive to Amagansett. The kayaks and bicycles are a big plus. We recommend this house highly.

Wonderful Home!
I've stayed in the spring the last two summers, and those houses are no comparison to this one. The home is lovely - very spacious and beautifully decorated. Upon our arrival, the home was spotless, there were towels in every bathroom and the pool was ready to go. You can really tell someone thought about the property and how it should feel to guests. We spent our days by the pool and loved it. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

A perfect vacation home
My in laws, my young daughter, husband and I had a spectacular week in this spacious, immaculate home with a gourmet kitchen, large heated pool, neat stacks of novels and other amenities. We baked cakes, went for a bike ride to the charming general store, explored the gorgeous beaches, bought books at a nearby library book sale, ate in town and explored the area. The owners provided suggestions and were accessible and very pleasant throughout the week. We will remember this vacation very fondly and would love to return.
