The attention of the staff is superb. This is a jewel of a hotel. Exceptional. They brought us coffee, a flask of spicy tea and even a hot water bottle in the evening! Fabulous.

small but nice room and very comfortable bed. staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable - we especially appreciated the tea and biscuits in the evening, as well as the warming components placed in our bed! excellent value for money and I would recommend to anyone making a stop in Pasto. sadly we only had one night here.
a bit noisy due to the location on one of the plazas, but the location also makes this hotel a very convenient place to stay

The Staff was really friendly and our room was enormous. The hotel was located right in the middle of nice shops and restaurants.
The gym is a little under equipped and the laundry service very expensive.

Location is right in the centre of the city, bed really comfortable, hot and powerful shower , really helpful staff, secure undercover parking, international TV channels, fastest wifi I have had in 10 months in South America, breakfast included and a really large room with huge bed.
Nothing to dislike!
