Brilliant location, on site parking beautiful comfortable and spotless rooms and facilities, fantastic breakfast. Attentive, friendly and helpful hosts. Bonus with mini fridge in room, surf board and wetsuit facilities. Can't fault in any way.

location was fantastic, was able to mark right outside and leave the car there for the duration of visit as everything is so close. property clean and inviting.

could be quiet loud on the evenings and mornings when everyone else is getting up or coming in but not over whelming.

Lizzie and Steve are really friendly and very helpful,they do a superb breakfast.The guest house is a fantastic location looking over the sea, your room had the living room / kitchen suite which we used for mainly resting up or chilling out.

It was a lovely breakfast, room very clean, super fluffy white bath towels, the location was great, being near to the beaches and town etc. Finally, we were made very welcome.

What a lovely stay. Really enjoyed our stay with family. Breakfast was amazing! Our hosts were amazing! Our room were always tidy ! Cannot fault at all. Would recommend 110% ! I’m sure we will see you in the future!

Friendliness and welcome from the Guest House . Steve and Lizzie are the perfect hosts. They welcome you like you are old friends. They really made our stay in Bude. Beautiful and clean. Gorgeous breakfast. They really seemed to do their utmost to make our stay most enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

The property was close to the sea, it was very clean, the service was amazing

So glad we found the Grosvenor, we absolutely loved our stay here. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. My son and i spent a couple of evenings with the owner Lizzie and her son which was great company for us both. Loved the breakfast, cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned every morning which was a nice touch too. Had no worries with parking, we had a space on the drive. The Grosvenor is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the village shops, perfect location. A couple of lovely restaurants a few doors down, especially Elements bistro, was so nice sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea. We will be definitely staying at the Grosvenor again, cant wait to go back.
