Okay if you don’t need to be walking distance to the beach

The staff at reception were very nice and helpful. Beautiful pool with a view to the lagoon.

Our reservation did not include breakfast but we were told we could pay for it separately by directly ordering it from the hotel menu. But once we got there we were told the hotel restaurant would be closed the next day because it was a national holiday… so we had to look for a place to have breakfast outside. Despite being in Zona Hotelera, the location is a bit far away from the closest beach (Playa Caracol): it was too hot to walk so we ended up calling an uber

Quiet pleasant hotel near Hotel Zone lagoon

Me and my mum stayed at Sina Suites for 3 nights. The room was really big and clean. There were lots of towels available for the room, pool and the beach at no charge. The pool was quiet and lovely and we used it each morning and night. The staff was friendly and recommended a wonderful public beach to visit. Walking to the La Isla mall along the road takes 1 hour. There are taxis available to get around too. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and having breakfast on our terrace with lagoon views each morning! Would recommend this stay. It is great value for money!

Las instalaciones Trato del personal, Confort La verdad es otro nivel.

Que está un poco adentro de la calle principal y las paradas de buses.. El baño está pequeño. Con base a lo que es la habitación y el hotel. Y le falta iluminación a la habitación, o que se prenda diferente.

Good location easy access to bus and restaurants

Easy access to bus . groc store about 25 min walk restaurants close by and a go mart with awesome ice caps just down the street 30 min walk to the ferries ..good location...freindly staff and if you need anything April speaks perfect English and knows the area

Outside stairs to climb with your luggage for some suits with balconies but not to bad ...hot water a bit weak..

Great value for money and great pool!

Lovely pool and sunbathing area with a great view of the harbour. Close to a bus stop that makes it easy to visit other areas of cancun. Receptionist was very helpful with advice and tips!

A Hidden Gem amongst all the Chaos of Cancun !!

On arrival we got seen to straight away on who I assume was the owner seen that we checked in for 6 nights but only had a standard room without a Balcony he said tomorrow I want to change your room to make your stay more enjoyable and they did exactly this upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the gardens and pool area, even though the room we originally had was large and very comfortable the balcony made a big difference to us and we was completely appreciated by this move. The staff was amazing especially April, she was so helpful and accommodating telling us about the best beaches and bus stops etc Pool Area and Bar was stunning overlooking the Lagoon but the pool was cold, but then I’m a baby when it comes to cold water many people still swimming and using the pool. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat at the restaurant only fries one afternoon but seen plenty of others eat and what we did see looked lovely. The Hotel was far enough away from all the chaos but only a few bus stops away from everything. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future if we ever come back…

Estadia excelente

Localização ótima, estrutura da suíte excelente (ficamos na suite superior, era enorme, dois quartos, dois banheiros, sala, cozinha).

Não tem opção de café da manhã. Mas tem restaurante no hotel, muitas opções por perto e também tem cozinha (dá pra comprar coisas pra comer na GoMart que tem perto)

Les extérieurs sont corrects et le restaurant également . Notre soi disant suite n en porte que le nom … affreux , vieux , état dégradé , néons au plafond , lumière d hopital … bref on a tout sauf envie d y rester … D autant que le personnel de la réception n’est ni accueillant ni aimable . On a juste l impression de les déranger . On a demandé un transfert pour l aéroport , la seule réponse obtenue a été de nous dire qu il y avait Uber !!!! On rêve ! Bref surcôté par rapport à la réalité !

Great place!

The staff were very kind and helpful. Tried to make us feel comfortable. Location is decent, not too far from the hotel zone. Room was big and clean with TV kitchen A.C and nice bathrooms.

Exceptional

The room was big, with super comfortable bed. We had small balcony where we had our breakfast. Also we had small fridge in the room. Drinking water was available from reception all the time.The bus stop is 5-10 minutes walk. The nearest beach is 15-20 minutes walk. I would recommend this place.

I wish it would be in the hotel zone next to the beach 😀

Great place, pool area is great, rooms were spacious and super clean. A little bit dated but good value for money

The restaurant was a bit a disappointing, no fresh coffee for breakfast. Very quiet there, seems like a missed opportunity

Excellent. Beautiful tropical vibes

Amazing tropical vibes everywhere, especially from our room balcony. Full of beautiful palm trees in all the resort. The owner is an amazing helpful person and the staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. Very clean ! I hope to come again soon.

As a recommendation and what I would do is to change or repair the front door of our apartment in order to feel more secured. It wasn’t closing properly and there was a gap between the wall and door.

Amazing staff, convenient location and great facilities!

The staff is friendly and nice. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Jesus gave us a detailed explanation on how to get to explore the area using public transportation. Also, he mentioned the most interesting places to visit. Internet access is very good, the room is cleaned daily, towels and toiletries are provided, and you can get unlimited water refills. Our flight was in the afternoon, so they allowed us to stay in the reception and kept our luggage without any extra charge.

I think the TV in the bedroom may use an upgrade. It only has 10 channels and the remote did not work. Also, it would be great to have a social area where you can get to hang out.

Beautiful place!

In a beautiful neighborhood at the heart of the hotel zone. Lots of places to walk to. Very pretty view from the balcony, and the garden is gorgeous. They offer refill for water, and the suite is pretty big. We didnt use the kitchen so not sure how well equipped it is. All in all it was a relaxing stay. Wish I could've stayed longer!

The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Other than that it was a great stay.

Perfect location for a relaxing get away.

The suite was simple but really spacious and cozy, and the pool was amazing. The bar staff were great, especially Ramiro, he gave us nice tips about food, drinks, places and overall made us feel very welcome!

The toiletries were just little bars of soap, no shampoo or conditioner.

Great stay at the Sina Suites

Sina Suites, its a 20 minute walk from the hotel zone. The staff is friendly. The hotel rooms and grounds are kept in good clean condition throughout the day. They have a great restaurant and laundry service on site.

Amazing staff and pool, great experience and value for money

The apartment is extremely spacious and we had a beautiful view over the lagoon. The staff was so extremely helpful and friendly - whatever you asked them they went above and beyond to help you and followed up (i.e. how the day trip was we booked with them)

The interior of the rooms could be modernized. Food and beverages were okay but not amazing.

Great, affordable hotel!

Amazing accommodation in a quiet part of the hotel zone. For the money, it's really a paradise, where it's quiet, a beautiful pool and really great staff who always try to help you.

The mattresses are a bit too soft. They should invest in normal double beds.
