Me he hospedado en este hotel desde poco tiempo después de haber sido construido y me parece excelente con las modificaciones que le han hecho.
El baño estaba un poco sucio (un poco de sarro en la tasa y piso ligeramente manchado).
Me gustaría que las habitaciones tuvieran un poco de ventilación.

Las instalaciones en muy buen estado, la ubicación excelente y muy cerca de la Plaza Las Américas, el servicio y la atención de primera, el desayuno muy bueno, en general una magnifica estancia. Pienso regresar a ese lugar!
No todo el personal de recepción tiene actitud de servicio. El encargado es muy amable pero las chicas que están con el don muy diferentes.

Everyone was very attentive, welcoming and very friendly. Complementary water in the room, coffee, hand soap! Body wash and shampoo of name brand. Free parking with plenty of spaces. very accessible to airport and shopping. The pool area very clean. The ladies at breakfast very welcoming and attentive, cleared away unwanted food and plates, always asked what else they could provide us with.
Unable to open windows for fresh air. Some of the breakfast food quality lacked freshness
