The staff were very friendly and helpful! The property ws very clean.

I travelled with my husband and 3 sons just before Christmas 2022. We had a connecting room with en-suites to both bedrooms with hairdryer. My oldest son has a separate single en-suite room very close by. The Riad is about 20 minutes walk from the main square, once you get your bearings. It was peaceful, cool downstairs and lovely to sit upstairs on the roof terrace sipping tea in the sunshine. My youngest loved the pool. Lots of space and rooms so you didn’t feel on top of other guests. The housekeeping ladies were charming and other staff friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend it.

If I had to give constructive criticism the beds are quite firm and could do with more pillows ( but that’s only because I like a soft bed and 3 pillows!😁)

The place itself is very beautiful. Our bathroom was amazing, actually even bigger than the room. The riad owner was really friendly and helpful.

The bed was really short somehow, our feet were hanging outside and it was also confirmed to us we would have a double bed but we didn't. Also, the night watchman was quite mean to us each time we talked to him.

Great staff, great breakfast, beautiful view from the rooftop and in the "lounge area" downstairs.

The staff wasn't very good at english, but we managed.

Gorgeous Riad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's just slightly far from the main square Jemaa el-Fna. But the area is still very nice and vibrant with a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants.

It wasn’t immediately clear from the booking advert that there was only going to be 1 bathroom to share, between 4 people, in the suite. There were no images of it either, to see what it was going to look like. All in all, it was okay but, if we knew that was going to be the arrangement (given that we were a group of 4 friends), we probably would have gotten with 2 separate rooms with private bathrooms.

no issues in particular, air con wasn’t amazing, nor the wifi but that wasn’t an issue as they worked to an acceptable standard

Breakfast was very tasty with fresh orange juice and pancakes.

The riad was in a convenient location and is a very beautiful place to stay - the terrace was especially lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations and helping to plan activities.

The riad is really beautiful, a perfect traditional moroccan architecture and design: refined, beautiful, a place where you feel at peace. Quiet, the inner gardens are a lovely place to relax. You could easily sit there for hours just listening the bird singing. Easy to find, the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

There is not much to see around as it is on the other side of the Medina, far from the tourist places (koutoubia, jemaa el fna...). However as it is close to the Medina's entrance you can easily come out (with your car) and move to other places in the city.

Location Is great. It is out a d away from the crowd.

The atmosphere in the garden was amazing at breakfast and dinner. We felt very pleased and take cared of, almost as king and queen :) Our room was also amazing - spacious, bright and really beautiful to admire.

The location was too far from the center of the Medina for walking both directions more then once a day. The toilet in the room was extremly small. I am not sure we would have fit iside at all if we both weren't 160-170cm tall. I suppose it has to be rearranged as a toilet later, but still it was pretty hard to use it.
