The Beaver Creek Getaway has been completely remodeled inside and out. This cozy 70's nostalgic mobile home is only 1 mile from the Beaver Creek Marina and just 6 miles from town in Monticello, Ky. Filled with lots of great amenities and a beautiful large covered country porch (nearly 600 square feet) outback to enjoy the peace and quiet in the country. This cozy place will take you back in time while having modern amenities to enjoy. There is plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats. A mile from Beaver Creek Marina makes it very convenient to spend a lot of the day on the lake and not in the car traveling to accommodations.
Beaver Creek Getaway is nice to come “home” to and the Management Team is very responsive to your needs and requests.

This place is so cute! It was super clean. The owners were great to work with and even filled the fire pit in case we wanted to build a fire. It is remote but close to town so it’s tranquil without feeling like you are a 1,000 miles from civilization. Thanks again!!

Great place to stay! Close to the ramp and a short drive to town. House was very clean and well furnished. Excellent communication and simple check in/out process.

Convenient Lake Rental
The rental property is very clean and well managed. It has close proximity to Beaver Creek Marina which makes it very convenient to get on and off the water at Lake Cumberland

Excellent! Location is close to marina, parking area is huge at location. Everything was as stated in the ad. It was very relaxing to sit around the fire pit, which was awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a close location to the lake. Very neat and clean.

Perfect and Relaxing
We had such an amazing and relaxing time. The owners have outdone themselves on this property. It was very clean and roomy. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The owners were very friendly and helpful and was there to answer even the silliest question. We loved the place and do plan on returning.

We've stayed at 2 of these 3 locations on 3 different occasions. Every experience, we have been very pleased! Always, clean, excellent communication, and everything we needed was there! Easy check-in, location was perfect, and the staff/property management is TOP NOTCH!

Weekend get-a-way
Such beautiful country for a weekend getaway. The owners put together a book that has sights to see, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area. Very clean and well kept. Definitely would go back again!!

We had friends staying 1 mile away. Our property had a lake vibe. We had good location and enjoyed our lake getaway. The rooms were clean it had air conditioning and a fire pit and grill outside. . We would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Was perfect for our trip to the lake! We had plenty of parking space for 3 trucks w/boats and a sea doo. We absolutely loved the backyard with the fire pit area. Peaceful view from the back porch was very nice as we waited for the rain to stop! Super clean inside- would stay here again. Heather was great:)

My family and i came to monticello to go boating for the weekend. This was in the perfect location and only a couple min drive from safe harbor marina. Huge walkout back deck with beautiful scenery we loved just sitting out on. Would definitely come back.

Great Location
We came to spend time on Lake Cumberland and this place is in a perfect spot. You can be on the water in just a few minutes or run in to Monticello for supplies in about 10. We have already reserved it again next month.
